I have just verified they are in fact in negotiations to acquire the whole company. Two different contacts at the company. I suggest emailing Melissa Spencer at [e-mail] although I can't say she will reply to everyone.

I also spoke on the phone with the other contact listed on the website. He said they are in fact in negotiations for the whole company ( not just a single store) but mentioned he couldn't say more than that. Melissa said the same thing, this was her whole reply,

Currently things are in negotiations.

Verifying that the deal is very real but still in talks, the quote listed in the PR is comforting looking forward here,
