Yes there has been no dilution in months and it looks like the selling of convertibles is over. Onward and upward.

OS remains unchanged in the last 4 weeks, It appears the convertibles are exhausted. That is good news.

The OS is unchanged since 3/31 so it looks like the restricted shares selling has ended. that is a really good sign. Almost 130 mil sold in the last year. Its amazing that price has held up as well as it did considering that fact.

When we get current it will be easy to make this pop without that downward pressure. On Friday there was only 500k shares bought and it went up 38%.

The Gen 3 is also smaller, quieter, faster, and puts out a more concentrated formula than Gen 2, so there's that.

OTC updated the OS count and it is unchanged from 2/9. Thats a good sign that revs have been able to pay the bills for the last month. Should see some more green days now especially as things in t the works get announced.

Lets not forget that we also sell electrostatic foggers and a room tracking system to go along with this green product.

No doubt, everyone is in the red right now. You can recognize that the company has a great product with unimaginable market potential and continue to average down to one day reap that reward, or you can sell now if the red ink is more than you can stomach. I wouldn't criticize anyone for either decision.

etrade shows the OS as 805M not 840M. Where did you get that?

Another big difference...they have minimal upside as an investment. If you want an established profitable company that has minimal upside , invest in blue chips. If you want a company that has a huge upside, invest in pctl

Only way to know which one of you is right is audited fins and the transfer agent updating the OS. Anyone know the last time the OS was updated?

Exactly, the story in this tweet isn't that we generated a couple thousand dollars.The story is a vertical that has incredible market share has experimented with the product with an initial order and then a week later doubles their order.

Lets not lose site of the fact that this is a start up company who is finding new uses for their product and the customers are happy enough with the product to order more.

If you want a company that is established and has cash flow go buy something for $100/share with an upside of 8%.

I think all anyone has to know to decide whether PCTL is legit is the fact that the W. Texas oil company has been using our product in a well for a while now and they made the decision to order 2 more generators.

This kicks a hole in any case that the company is a scam or the product is just pool water.

PS Good news for SH's is those machines are up and running and generating fluids and revenues.

With the official announcement of the spin off, SHs would be wise to add more and recieve more dividends from the spinoff. Also that was really good new about the OG well continuing its 600% increase in production as well as 4 new health systems in negotiations.

New tweet today, the OK customer is experimenting with Nanobubbles to see if they can beat the 600% increase using just SuperCatholyte. How sweet it would be to improve on that lofty number.

They are now using it in 3 of their wells. This is revenue producing as is noted in the comments of the tweet.

healthcare is a slow moving cash cow, hospitals are full of bureaucracy so it takes a long time to get to the point of receiving revs but they will be a steady cash flow. More hospitals in the pipeline all the time and the ones that are using it love it.

OG is where the real money is tho. Buy now if you want to take advantage of the dividend.

Alot wrong with what you posted. To start with PCTL has slew of machines in a bunch of hospitals, secondly covid is now in its most contagious form to date. And hospitals are always looking for more effective ways to fight HAI's regardless of covid.

Remember Crothall won an award for sustainability and they have 600 hospitals under their wing. This is close to the size of the UK which if you remember just the rumors of drove us to .10.

The news today was really good. Adding more wells because the customer is thrilled with their production still at 30 barrels a day.

So bare in mind that this customer has multiple wells and start thinking about how much revenue this provides us. Then add in the other wells in the midwest and you see the rev stream blossoming. anyone selling for tax losses is really short sited to put it nicely.

been doing about $100k/ mo recently but that is ramping up now with OG customers on board, paying customers now getting 30 barrels per day of oil out of an EOR well. this will turn into real revs for us and will really blow up when word gets out of the 600% increase because of our HOCL.
