What they need is audited fins at this point.... after Leonite Capital demolished the run that happened, everyone has been pretty weary. Curious to know if Leonite still owns any shares.

Right, that was mentioned back in his last conference call which I think was August or September. It should have been done by now..... if the fins get audited AND/OR the AS gets reduced to 100/200, that'll be a driving factor for this.... seeing it take this long is pretty frustrating. Hopefully before EOY one of those two catalysts comes to fruition.

For me, I'm trying to figure out why Leonite Capital sold more shares than I think they had been issued.... take a look in the last 10Q when it shows insider trades... also look at the dates of when they sold. They absolutely wreaked havoc when the PPS starting getting above .30.... the SS still hasn't changed since last month, but still nothing on audited fins or decrease in PPS..... Just waiting for Nils to actually do what he says he's gonna do... back in August/September he said audited fins would be released in what, a couple of months?

This was the last share structure confirmed from TA when I emailed them... I should probably email them again and check on it. However, I'm not really concerned about the OS as the company is very transparent about what they do. If they issue shares, they're going to disclose it.... they've proven it.

Wow Sporty... thank you for sharing that.... I've noticed the same thing about the .10 area. I think PR with more sustenance (i.e. completion of cycles tests) would help in the near term.

I really wish they would reduce that AS already...... I guess the good thing is that the OS hasn't increased in a hot minute.

That's a pretty good comparison between those companies though. Even with $TORVF having zero toxic debt, I can see this landing around $2 in the very near future. Time will tell :)

So the investment company, or in this case, the selling security holder named "62 Capital" now has 30,000,000 common shares with an average PPS of 0.10 .... They averaged their holdings down to what I would assume is expectation of future potential. They didn't purchase warrants nor did they purchase preferred class shares from what I've dug through in previous filings. Let me know if this is what you see too.

I agree with that whole heartedly. I'm glad they didn't undercut the current PPS like many companies like to do.

I'm not sure about the no poison pill, but it really is just going to take a large company to run into an issue with a patent that's already been granted (which Dr. Chen has a quite a few).

I can't find it either.... has a lot of twitter and discord followers but I'm clueless as to how she caught wind of it. Obviously her interest on $TORVF is spurred outside of the ihub realm..... I'm not sure if she even has a presence here.
