The mention that the Morgan Hill facility is their R+D is true only in part. This facility has been on the books of the company for some time and was used primarily more for the automotive products that the company was developing. The company has not been focused on the automotive application of its technology since it received strong industry interest from the oil industry for AOT Oil Pipeline Technology. To this effect, a couple years back the company entered into an JV and sublease agreement for the Morgan Hill Facility that the Short Sellers article mentioned.



On the topic of STWA's R+D efforts, millions have been spent to develop and secure Intellectual Property. STWA has a research agreement with Temple University and the investment and multi year agreement with the US Department of Energy’s RMOTC facility. Including this is this information is more clear and true representation of the R+D efforts of the company.




STWA's Legal Council was with SEC enforcement, if there are issues to be addressed legally from the publication of this Seeking Alpha Piece this will be handled appropriately.

STWA and investor relations better do some damage control asap

I declare bulls*** IMO. First of all, STWA has never stated they are solvent. No report has stated anything other than investment in stwa was risky as was the survival of the company. Secondly, alpha doesnt provide any facts to support their claims. Oh boy, their inquiries are usually based on hours of research. Third, the product has been in R & D for years...Of course there are no revenues and equity. Fourthly, Kyte exercised his option to purchase shares as the prototype makes its way to china for on-site pipeline testing, shame on him.
Not to say alpha may not be proven right but this blanket of unproven accuasations is insane. The author say boldly that he is short zero and presumes without fact that STWA skews the numbers and that a potential agreement with petrochina is a figment of imagination. Conveniently, its up to the SEC to determine the facts.
Well thank you alpha for caring so much about the investor and coveniently dropping this bomb at such a time as to make the shorts a lot of panic money, of which you are one.

so, zecco has wnbd on the non-dtc list which effectively charges $200 - $700 to place a trade on this penny stock. Anyone know the online sites that dont have these potential charges in case i want to buy at these levels

WHOLE FOODS is a specialty supermarket chain where people pay up for quality, safety, and products free of harmful chemicals. Its a good fit and i believe it is a valid question for eric.

should have been through self-sustaining phase and well into growth stage by now. incompetence flourishes. Trackmoist should be thriving based on initial alleged success. Kind laundry is the best labeled product, no reason its not on shelf. wtf does winning coulors mean, i dont think stain cleaner and i dont think france or canada when i think about cleaning products. I might average down at trip 0's in case management blunders into some sort of successful business relationship. (imo)

i know nothing of which you speak, all i said is im starting to cost average down...i have shares at .0115 all the way down to .0034. Wnbd has survived this long that i hope i can continue to get larger orders filled at lower price increments for what i expect to be an inevitable bounce, whenever that may be.
