its nice to see you put forth the effort. regional should even be easier. it would be nice if eric took a proactive effort w/ your info instead of leaving it in the hands of the wholefoods rep to call eric. i think eric needs the account more than your mr. norman. but oh well, ive seen this kind of thing here before, firsthand.
