If she says $50 million in revenue per year, does that mean that the share price would be worth 0.003125 if you assume that the A/S is still 16 billion.
I know I'm not including the preferred shares in my calculation, but if you divide $50 million by 16 billion (assuming A/S = O/S) you get 0.003125.
Just want to hear an opinion from someone more experienced than me.
TIA,
Apoc
My account shows the same, so nothing wrong there. I'm glad you've posted this, because I thought I was the only one seeing that.

They haven't specified a date yet, but the PR mentionned that there would be a new PR explaining more about this dividend, so I guess there will be one tomorrow or by the beginning of next week.
GLTA,
Apoc
I don't know if you read the PR, but it states that they will retire 4.9 billion shares, leaving them with 100 million shares. It's not that difficult to understand, just read it again.

This is a part of the PR released on August 8th:
The Company has finally managed to secure the release of the outstanding stock dividends from the DTCC; it is expected that these will be dealt with over the next fortnight. It appears to have a simple matter of miscommunication and incorrect stock dividend calculations between a number of related parties. The Company trusts that its credibility will be on the road to recovery after we are proven not be "a bunch of liars and crooks" as posted on many a Message Board.
Not sure if this answers your question.

Waman1,
Just to be sure, did your broker told you he knew that this stock is being NSSed or did he told you that what you said could only mean that it was being NSSed.

You don't have to believe me, but I would suggest to you to ask that question to Mr. Santini. I did and I'm keeping my shares, because I was very pleased with the answer he gave me.
Best of luck,
Apoc.
I think it means that you get 1 share of goldco per 806 shares you own of FFGO (10 dollars divided by 1.24 cents).
GLTA,
Apoc.
Because there is not yet a date settled to own the shares in order to get the dividend, the buying pressure will increase and so will the share price. I thought this was what the company was trying to do, so it is my opinion that this is a good strategy. When the price is at a decent level, then maybe they will release the news about the acquisitions, etc...
Just my opinion,
Apoc.
It's for all shareholders. 400 million dollars divided by the O/S, which is ~32.295.000.000 equals 1.2385 cents.
Vivian,
First of all, I did notice your post, thanks for that, but because I only had 3 posts that day, I decided to use them if necessary, so sorry for that.
It was probably due to the high volume that my account showed a minus sign and started to count back whenever there was a transaction, so you can delete my post (15079) because it's of no use to this board. It was just weird because that never happened before and I wanted to know if it was something all of you experienced.
Stockdjinn already said it was probably just me, so thanks for that.

Post 14823 and 14827.
I agree that an audit will answer many questions and that it might be the key to attract new shareholders. Only time will tell and I'm willing to wait.
I don't know how much profit they make, but since their last acquisition was an all cash deal funded by the company and the management, and their was no indication of more shares being dumped to finance this payment, I think it's safe for me to pressume that they have enough money for now.
Is it correct if I state that you don't trade in pink companies? Just wondering as you seem to have problems with all pink CEO's.
And if he would sell shares, why bother to release news as it seems to have no / little effect on the share price. That doesn't make sense to me or am I missing something.
Please clarify.
I think Rico is doing just fine. He's taking his time, yes, but I think this is in the best interest of the company. Slowly this company is growing, and I rather wait a few more months for this stock to go up, instead of rushing it all and go nowhere. No need for him to start pumping the stock because eventually it will turn against him and I think he's aware of that, just like us all.
All my opinion.

Thanks, I'll keep posting here whenever I feel the need to do so. I'm not that kind of person who posts everytime something new comes up, only when I think I can share something that can be of use to some of you.
But remember, everything I post is just my opinion.

Honestly, I don't know.
Like I said, I've been in this company for only 3 months now and what I know from their past is what people have posted here on this board for that period.
Maybe it was never their intention to explore those leases, or maybe it was but over the years they changed their plans, but that is not why I am in this company. To be completely honest to you, I stepped into this stock to double my money. Now with all this news, I decided to stay in it a little longer, just to see where it might lead to. Today, I probably couldn't even sell my shares for 0.0002 if I wanted to, so my opinion on this is, that if that day would come, I could get more out of it.
Another thing that made me buy a few shares is the change in management. From reading the posts, a few are saying that Santini is already a member of this company for quite some time, and that he is no better than the rest of them. Also the fact that he is quite young and therefore not capable of getting this company out of the slump, is a concern many people have. If the management would have stayed the same, I would not have bought any shares, but because it changed, I'll give him a chance and hope he'll do his best to turn this company around.
If not, I'll lose my money, but I already knew that this could happen when I bought this stock.
I hope this answers your question. I have 1 message left, because I only have 3 for today, but if you have more questions why I am in here or what my opinion is about certain facts, I will answer them as soon as possible.

Apoc.
Hi,
I'm new to this board and have some remarks of my own.
I have followed this stock for 3 months now, and in the last couple of weeks I have noticed that a few people had problems with the fact that they (the management) bought FFGO shares back (probably restricted) for the price of 1.44 cents (which is 140 times the current price, and not 1400 times like overachiever stated, but still, I can see his point in saying it's strange not to buy back on the market).
However, I don't think that this is a bad thing and here are my 2 reasons why.
The first reason is, like breharb25 stated a few posts earlier, that if the company is really thinking of increasing the value of the company and want to see this reflected in the share price, it is not in their best interest to increase it by buying up just the float and then see it go down again when all the other shares (restricted shares) are dumped on to the market when they become available (which is, if I am correct, march 2009).
My other reason (which is based on the first one) is that if they would buy back the float first and then start buying back the restricted shares, for the reason above, that the average price per share would have increased because of the enormous amount of shares you could by with a lower amount of money, and they would need to spend more money (more then 1.44 cents) just to buy them back.
This is just my opinion and the reason why I think I should stick with the amount I have (which is 13 million for those who want to know).
If there are people who like to comment to this post, either positive or negative, I will answer in the best possible way.
I am not an expert when it comes to stocks, but I will do my best to make it as clear as possible.
