I show that TSPG did a previous split 100-1 on march 14-07 and now 100-1 on july 25 08. Sounds pretty risky to me.

I cant remember, because I have bought this stock at so many different times, and prices, and I only remember trying to convince the broker that it was a good company, and all the happenings that were going to take place, so it would have definitly been before Gabe, because I still had hope, I just never purchased anymore after that. Would anyone beable to tell me why the day rrgi did its 4 to 1 split, that all of my shares, were put on hold, and I could not trade them that day? I thought something wasnt right there, by that time I was already in over my head with this company, it was too late for the little people. A question, in the end if nothing becomes of this company, couldnt we as shareholders bring in a class action lawsuit. Ive seen this done with other stocks.

Come to think of it, when this security, could not be bought, only sold, I called the broker and asked, why. He said there was a red flag, and that there may be alot of shorting going on. I stayed clear, with my red flag going up. Who really knows the real story though.

I trade with scottrade, and I have seen it with RRGI along time ago, you can sell the security on your own, but to buy it, you had to go through your broker.I never bought anymore when I learned that.

The hype Im talking about is when the stock first came out, the series, the money, the ring, the amataur racer, the stock split, the tee shirts, the web site, etc, etc. With all that, I would have to say that alot of us purchased our shares on that hype, as for Gabe, he is trying to pick up the slack, and for many of us, Im sure we bought in on the other, and now no news, does not appear to be good news, like I said, I hope all works out for you shareholders, without hope you have nothing. I am hoping that you do get good news and all works out for everyone, it did me when I pulled the plug on RRGI. I was put out of my misery and wondering, it just wasnt worth it. With a company that keeps their shareholders in suspense like this, is any amount of money really worth it? I moved on to bigger and better. Too much pain and suffering isnt good for the health, LOL Stay positive, it may put some money in your pockets, theres not a trade today, and it is the 3rd of July, and still nothing. Wheres the news at the end of June gone? Is it the middle of July now, end of July, middle of Aug? If we were playing a guessing game, we would all be rich.

No one is blaming anyone for making a bad investment mistake. I dont think any of us went into this investment making a mistake, on purpose, what we did is got caught up in the hype, and all that went with it. Things dont normally turn out like this, with an investment, but once in awhile you run into a road block, especially these pink sheet stocks, they are a high risk to begin with, and anyone who trades, and knows anything, knows this. I was fortunate, I made alotttttttt of money on another stock, and like I said I was able to use rrgi for the full loss. Im by far angry, disgruntled, a blow hard, whatever else we want to call me, I learned a good lesson, and was fortunate to beable to do what I did with rrgi. I can only hope that all turns out as well for everyone else, as it did for me. I was lucky, I had a stock that came through on its words, has shareholders meetings, gives updates, and numbers, and at least I knew that when I woke up the next morning, I didnt have to ask myself or others, gee, is this still a company, that I have shares with?

Seems a shame that you are a shareholder in a company, and dont even know if there is still a company. Not good business practices on Gabes part, but Im one of those blow hards that said, I told ya so.

Scotch, you are a nice and positive person, I can tell, I am usually that way too, but this is a case where nice guys finish last, as we can all see. Keep staying positive, and I really hope all does work out for you, it did me, but in a different way. Where are you getting that he tried to save it, how and when.Idont know everything, but I know what I just did on my taxes and that is fact, and you can bet Gabe is doing the same thing. Im trying to figure out how he gave us a second shot, all he did was give us alittle news that didnt amount to a thing, other then to give us more false hope, and sink more money, into more shares in this so called company. If you talk to a tax accountant, you will find that Gabe can write off his whole loss, against a large gain, believe me, I just did it with this stock-RRGI. That is why I got rid of it, because I made a large amount of money on another stock, so I off set my gains with this looser. The 3,000 dollars everyone thinks, is something else, check with someone, youll see, and then you will know exactly what Gabe did. This is a dog eat dog world, and it isnt like we are best friends of Gabes, he doesnt even know us, he is taking care of himself you can bet. If you research, you will find that he was in the original group of people that started this company, thats how he became involved. He has learned from the best, and it doesnt take a rocket scientist to figure out his game. Gabe reads this site, and as you can see, he is not calling anyones bluff here, I am challenging him here, and still nothing,OOOOOOOOKKKKKK. Unless you personally know this so called man, I think you give him too much undeserved credit. If people were smart they would stay clear of this so called company. We are posting facts, we are not whinning, we are wondering, and to yopu people who own other stocks, you in your heart know this is not how a legit company works. Sometimes its hard to face the truth, but if we were smart, we would not put good money into bad anymore, no matter how cheap the stock is, your what keeps this company alive. I still think that when I emailed Gabe and asked him to respond back to me on RRGI, the first of May, I asked him to let me know something, anything, and if he didnt, that he was pretty much telling me it was over, and I would let other shareholders know it, well still no response, so people you can take it or leave it, I really believe its no more, the only thing that makes RRGI a company, is the people, selling and buying, theres the hopefuls and the neive, but not a company. I gave up last month, I have other stocks and to not hear anything for 8 months is not normal. No reponse from Gabe was my answer. He is a poor business man, and not any better the the original crew- at least when they were ripping us off, we got some news for our money. Pink sheets are a whole different ball game people. If im not mistaking, he can write the whole amount off as a loss, with the gains that he has from all his other power plays, if there is such a thing for Gabe. For all this is worth, a couple days ago, I emailed Gabe and asked him to let me know something, anything about RRGI. I told him not to just write something to me to pacify me. I also told him that if I didnt hear from him, I would assume that there is no longer an RRGI, that someone had run off with our money, and that I would let all the shareholders, and interested parties know this. With what I had written to this man, if he had anything about himself, he definately would have responded back to me. Its been 2 days and at this time, no word, so I would have to say , there probably isnt an RRGI anymore. Dont sell on my account, but like I said, with the things I said to this man, or mouse, like I called him he should have written back. By not reponding to me, he pretty much answered my questions. The deal was that he write me back, or I would know there was no RRGI anymore. PRETTY SAD- thats some business man.

This is just poor business and ignorance on who ever is ahead of this company. To not keep your shareholders informed, pretty much should tell us, that someone took our money and ran. Why doesnt some one just fess up, and let us go, instead of keeping us guessing. It almost seems like some form of abuse, shame on all involved. You might not have to answer to your shareholders, but you will have to answer to someone in the end. I was reading about Sandler Communications Inc.
