I believe what you're saying. Also, it could be that someone dumped in a hurry to get in on a quick buck. There is other news going on in this world, and someone may have needed some cash in a hurry! Look at the timing of the FFGO PR and then look at the timing of the SMAS sell off! I still own my shares and hope to buy some more early next week.

I have plenty of shares! I still think this is a good play. How can it not being at .0001. I don't think a r/s is coming anytime soon and if they retire 4.9 million shares, there is definitely room to grow. I was just a bit upset that they PR'd share retirement on the day they diluted 1B shares. All is good my man, have a great evening!

Don't mean to be a downer, but the truth is:

The current O/S is 6,361,124,860 and will be increased to 7,361,124,860 by tomorrow (company diluted 1B today).

The last increase in O/S was on 8/12 from 6.086B to 6.361B - after the supposed buyback.

Talked to the TA myself this afternoon. Call him in the morning to verify, the number is located near the top of the IBOX.

Call him yourself - I don't have a fax at my house, and I am not going to have him ask me to e-mail this information just to satisfy your curiousity. You alrady said you talked to him (LOL)so pick up the phone. Others have already called him on this, so I'm sure someone will confirm this on the board soon enough.

Antabuse, it would be difficult to post their response as I CALLED THEM. I posted the #'s they gave me - that is the best I can do. The TA was very friendly and was glad to give me the information. Call him to verify - 1-800-525-7686. The TA # is located in the IBOX near the top.

I agree that the buying has dried up. Most are in at .0001 and we more than bought up the 1B extra shares today. As long as the company doesn't dilute anymore, we should be in good shape. When I was watching this stock the past few months, it only took a few Million Shares to move it to .0002. If BB occurs, then I think this will take off.

It just leaves a bad taste in my mouth that they would dilute on day they PR Buyback.

That's fine (though I didn't read anything about a R/S). However, again the math doesn't add up. After today, the O/S will be 6.3B shares. You subtract 10B - 4.9B = 5.1B remaining shares. Why would they dilute THE SAME DAY THEY PR'D then retire shares?

Bondmat, you or I are being lied to. I doubt the TA lied based on the fact that he has no cause to do this. Therefore, I think you are the one being led on. I would be pissed if I were you.

I just talked to the TA. Henry (the Transfer Agent) said that the O/S will be at 6,361,124,821 by the end of the day and that WEHI will have added 1 Billion extra shares by close today. The A/S is 10B shares.

Why the hell would the company PR about buying back all but 100M shares and then dilute the same day? What is going on here? Welcome to Pinky Land where companies can manipluate stocks for their own benefit!

Anyone contact TA yet? Don't get the dumping at .0001 - this has been jumping between .0001 - .0002 for the past few months. I can only think that BB as begun - but not sure.

That's actually great news. This is moving on its own, without the help from a buyback! Wait till they start retiring 1/2 the float! Then wait for the TV promos! Good things in store...

Ditto - picked up 5M more at .0002. In the next few weeks they will retire shares, after that SMAS airs on TV - talk about momentum, WOW!!!

Thanks for the quick response Vianna. Unfortunately I am not able to send a private reply. I have a few other thoughts that I am struggling with:

a) If I understand correctly, I can still buy additional shares and be qualified for the dividend.

b) With the A/S at such a high number, how is FFGO going to be able to pay around $450MM worth of dividends (25B shares @ .017/share)?

c) If these dividends are going into shares of Goldco stock, what's the symbol - is this an actively trading stock - I have not been able to find it?

What is the criteria for qualifying for the dividend? I have held since .0001 (sold a bit to cover my initial investment) but kept the free shares and am waiting this out.

Thanks 4, the letter from the CEO was what pushed me over the edge to dive in head first! I just hope that he remains clairvoyant with the Shareholders. Lots of exciting things in the works and I trust he will keep us informed how things progress. GLTA!
