If trading is anything to go by very few takes this company serious anymore. PR support is nil but that's the way they operate, I guess.
I am sure many feel disappointed and abandoned.

I don't think "very soon" means much other than an unspecified time frame in the future and would not be surprised if we have to wait for the next Q report in 2025. to find out what's going on. Hope I am wrong, but I don't have the feeling that the "force is with us!!"

Again, it is at times like these that the company should step in and give us an update. By remaining silent people will fear the most or have something to hide.

I get the feeling this company enjoys the non-performance of the stock and really do not care at all that we linger in the doldrums. Not a word, maybe they are telling us not to expect anything sensational in the future either.

It's obvious the company is unconcerned, insensitive and totally indifferent with the current share price and probably will argue that the company does not set the share price, the market does. The fact that they can do a lot to support the share price is not part of their vocabulary.

Sad state of affairs, I had a more vibrant company in mind but obviously totally misread the way I thought to would look after their shareholders etc.

Just rated the most useless listed companies and glad to announce that Tristar made the number one spot!! Congratulations on a job well-done.

A shareholder/Q report letter is absolute essential at this stage. Why is the company so nonchalant with the current state of affairs, very little or no enthusiasm of what lies ahead in the future? If it is something they told us 6 months ago maybe they should tell us again. They call it an update. Current market cap $2.5 mil, are they happy with that?

I am a substantial shareholder and a very disappointed one.

The 18th of Nov is only a few days away, let's hope for something extraordinary!

Correct, but as far as I can remember they (Belisarius) posted a message saying that the existing owner's approach with request not to proceed with the custodiam ship because they were going to prepare for a merger etc. so they let it go.

The company's recent very positive assessment and future predictions and the accordingly shareholders mute reaction says it all; you don't have to tell us anything, just show us!

I expected the company to provide an update at times like these. Show some concern for their shareholders, but nothing. I take it the court case is in full swing as well as other aspects of their development plan.

Difficult to come up with a timetable when having a court case going on. I hope if they foresee a long delay, they let us know.
But yes, November feel like a good date. I think as far as the company is concerned there is nothing more urgent than getting this court case over and done

It may take time but a very frustrating time since there is no timetable whatsoever and meanwhile the stock is being kicked around like a football.

Don't worry about my sleep, but reading your post one thing is certain: you are at the wrong place at the wrong time.

I would like to think that Nick would work overtime to make investors aware of this company and its future potential, after all that's part of his job. Besides he holds 4,000,000 shares. He is not doing that and maybe that's because he knows what's coming and is not worried at all.

We have been told that they are going to do amazing things in the future but meanwhile we keep you in the dark. Simple recipe and we better get use to it.

Don't know how others feel but I think it's high time for an update. Company should realize investors will only wait so long but then again I don't think that's a concern to them. I thought investor's confidents means something but maybe not.
