Correct, but as far as I can remember they (Belisarius) posted a message saying that the existing owner's approach with request not to proceed with the custodiam ship because they were going to prepare for a merger etc. so they let it go.

Mistake I think because nothing happened since. All very confusing.

We just recently took control of GTII I believe it was 10%. I have 600,000 shares,

I was wondering how many shares of CCLX stock that stockholders on this board own. I have 33 million shares. I not sure how this large stockholder that has control of CCLX stockholder's destiny. We need to find out how many shares of CCLX he has. We should also try and figure out how he got control of CCLX and what is his plan.

No luck. They told me that A large CCLX stockholder has control over the shell. They provided me with their name, and I contacted him, but he seems to have no interest in discussing anything.

Absolutely nothing. The original owners were supposed to bring it current but nothing has happened for more than a year.

Belasarian was supposed to prepare this shell for a reverse merger etc. but was promised by the existing owners that they would revitalize this shell and make a new company etc. So Belasarian let it go. That was 3-4 months ago, and nothing was heard since. No updates, no nothing. Go figure!!

I think Belasarium made a mistake letting this one go based on "assurances". This thing seems as dead as a Dodo! One would think the original owner(s) would have put out some word to the effect that soon there will be a new beginning etc.!!!

On 26th Oct, Belasarium set aside their custodianship in exchange for assurances made regarding the company (CCLX) and its future. Wonder what kind of assurances because nearly a month later no word from any of them. No idea what's in the pipeline if anything at all.

Nothing seems to have changed, as dormant as ever.

Thank you! I like to read into this that the existing owners will do the necessary to make this a viable trading company again. I guess that's a real possibility or else Balesarium would have hold onto it.

Yes, I have seen that and the fact that the status is not mentioned tells me that there is a spanner in the works which needs to be resolved.

Share structure definably not as shareholder friendly as ZHUD. It may be long shot but whatever may happen I already have a big chunk leftover from the previous disaster, so I am just a silent observer from here on.
I hope these guys put us in the picture sooner than later.
