Looking great. Would like to see some more churn and consolidation and then a parabolic blow off.
Lot of potential in this one to move well. Volume is hitting and price is stable. False pennies will get chopped quick and then a lucky bounce. This one looks good for more upside action.
Yup same pr company as RAYS.OB.
The "executive" team of FRCN has been behind other penny runners. I wouldn't expect them to run this one too far before dumping but .30ish looks possible.
Where did you guys buy in?
Your ibox man, its not the same company.
The phone you put in the ibox, thats not the same company as EPRA, they are two different companies.
You do understand that you can not put false and misleading information to the public right?
It carries a penalty and possible jail sentence.
That is a previous incarnation of this shell. Sorell was last listed as SLLI on the OTC. I do not know their current status. It does not appear that Sorrell still makes a mobile phone.
Again they are not the same company as the one that has the deal with vodaphone.
I dont know that they do but I do know they do not make the phone you posted in the ibox thats in a deal with vodaphone.
EPRA emporia inc does this:
"Emporia, Inc. (p.k.a. Sorell Inc.) specializes in the domestic and international trade and distribution of wholesale commodities. Our current products include mobile phones, motorcycle parts and accessories, and tobacco products."
It does not say anything about making phones. They are located in Liverpool UK.
Emporia Telecom is located in Austria.
If you post info in the ibox claiming that the austrian emporia is the same as the UK emporia this is by securities laws illegal.
They are not the same company and EPRA does not manufacture or sell this phone.
Change the ibox, what you posted is illegal and inaccurate.
You can't post that information and claim its real. The EMPORIA that is public and the one that makes the phones are two different companies.
EPRA are you guys sure this is the same company that makes the phone?
There are so many sites that come up with EPRA and the link from the pink sheets site seems unrelated to the phone.
Has anyone been able to connect the dots for sure?
Grabbed a small touch. No volume or notice but can change and change fast if they promo this.
Yes, this is the one thing thats concrete at the moment. The FDA process for med tech is rock solid reliable and very thorough. The approval of this product is great. There are a lot of companies out there with approved products that never make it but if they can do what they say this one has a chance.
Yes but keep in mind its not an SEC filing so its much easier for them to say whatever they want. Who knows, maybe its the CEO selling his wine collection. Might be fudging of numbers.
The most important piece of information that can come from this company is a sale. A PR showing a sale in which the hospital co authors and is quoted on the PR. That would be fraud proof and definitively show a real revenue generating sale.
Their q1 statement shows 94,05 in rev. take it with a grain of salt because its not an official SEC filing but just a post on their web site. So far im not finding anything on the web that shows a sale so no idea what the rev is.
Implant question.
Have they sold any units yet?
KLYG took some today. These types often do well with a swing strategy.
Fairly solid set up as the next stair stepper. TBBC looks like the current one but LATI has a nice set up going.
NUVM pattern really similar to BCCI
Look at BCCI and see where it hit rock bottom and then some vol spikes up. A slow drift and then huge vol and off to the races.
NUVM has fewer O/S shares.
Doesnt always work out but this one has a chance.
AURI good story on this scammer
Reminds me a bit of JOEZ, has the potential to be real but in the mean time its a scammer penny trade.
I like the heart and soul f this beast, may it bring to all of you obscene riches.
yeah usually they let it drop and then go for the run.
no movement on this volume.
Yup in for a wee bit. Does look pre scammerish.
Only problem is often these types of plays do this and then get knocked to .10 or below after one day run up.
Then they sit forever while scammer grabs a new load and then it runs.
Whoops their site has been hacked:
http://www.insynq.com/
Hacked By xm6671 And Mecstury
just a tag not real hackers but they should close the back door.
Sorry thats not correct. You don't increase your pool of potential shares to accommodate a buyout. You do it so you have the option to dilute into oblivion.
Is this CEO growing a real product? Maybe, but the history of the pink sheets shows only the tiniest percentage of companies rated caveat emptor ever make it.
You should support your position but be skeptical of management.

I understand what you are saying but there is a global logic for penny stocks.
The percentage of companies on the OTC and pink sheets that turn into real companies is quite small.
How often does a stock sell off at such a percentage decrease that you see in CUBV without reason or meaning.
Everything you need to know is in the share price. Unless you believe CUBV is cash rich or about to increase their distribution at little or no costs enabling them to capture huge margins then they will have to dilute to survive.
There is no value in the market. It is a game of wills, skills, and luck. You don't actually own a piece of AAPL the company when you own shares, you just want to out trade the person that buys the shares from you when you sell. Its the same with all stocks. The most likely outcome for CUBV is dilution and devaluation. If they survive they will do a reverse split and maybe that round of new shareholders will out trade the buyers that come after them.
Penny stocks are a radioactive side hobby of mine when I am not invested in stocks with a higher probability of return. I hold several losers that went from par value to 0 because I was out traded by others. Its just the nature of them.
I have seen some interesting ideas and products and CUBV is certainly interesting. They actually make something that you can see out in the real world but that doesn't mean from loss to profitability that anyone making decisions with your money cares what happens to you.
If you lose here move on and trade better next time.
Excellent, thank you.
No one has seen this. Its amazing. Very little following across boards but today should give it a bit more notice.
IMRS nice move today. Great set up. Trying to make sense of the trading activity all week. In my opinion there was solid evidence that a buyer has been knocking the share price about and triggering stops and grabbing shares.
No I am out. I had 470,000 but all out now.
Its holding well though, no sell pressure at the moment. Looks good to keep running. Good luck.
You are welcome!
TSSP turn around play fairly low OS
Just completed a reverse split and has actual revenue. New patent pending product in the superb alt energy field. Company now has only 34 million shares outstanding.
Highlights:
2007 revenue was 1.3 million. don't have 2008 year end yet, asking for it.
Mr. Ehrlich, founder of TrendSetter, said, "The company has changed management and is now under the guidance of its founder. During 2009 the company's position was to reduce overhead and to avoid acquiring new debt until the economic signs for an improved market in solar energy turned positive. The company used its resources to prepare for the emerging alternative energy market by developing a new technology and product, 'PIGGYBACK(R)' residential solar water heater, that is now in the prototype and patenting phase. TrendSetter continues to have a strong position in large commercial solar storage tanks and its TrendSetter brand evacuated tube solar collectors. We believe the time is right to move aggressively forward due to new rebate programs, grants, statutory commitments (RPS, Renewable Portfolio Standard) and energy credits being offered by the federal government and the individual states, cities and municipalities. To view the magnitude of new market stimulation efforts see the D.O.E. website DSIREUSA.ORG."
This is a great field to be in with all the state and federal grants. These products are much cheaper than other forms of silicon based solar projects. You can see these things all over the rest of the world so the US is just getting started on using them.
