An electric car is not good for road trips but ok for in city commute, Since it charges at night. If you`re just commuting in your car and using a plane to travel and never plan on a road trip it makes financial sense, especially to people that are net positive on energy production with Solar roofs. When we start looking at a road trip out of range the tech. Seems to break down completely into hot trash. A fully hybridized Prius seems to be the optimal balance. Use it as a Tesla when that makes sense, but have the gas generator on board when that makes sense. Especially when you start getting trapped in death valley. Is a Tesla off road with off road tire option? Then it's never capable of fully dominating for complete replacement. Is it a scam? I dont think so. It's just designed from a certain perspective. Alot of this tech. Is designed to solve problems that are niche to San Francisco area within this CEO bubble world. Where is a public restroom in California? and Why? perhaps water prices?
Me and Chon didnt get trapped here. We jumped in fully aware with both feet. Where is SiNi coated pedicle screws? all the pieces are with Chon. Perhaps he is the horse that drinks.
Again it seems our interests continue to align, boston. Been looking into lichtenburg effect on mars extrapolating on the cold winter from solar minima.

Yeah, that's the stuff they need to be working on. They have no business side tracking an acne treatment, thats why its here. I think you dismiss the idea too immediately. You want to touch this stuff here you're coming through AMDA's pending patent. Have we researched it fully to dismiss it? No. Who should be studying it for efficacy? Someone else. Perhaps someone related to dermatology. Why not just shove some ammonia in your clearasil? well ammonia stinks like urine. SiNi does not. So I`m already 3 levels ahead on whether it should be fully dismissed. And this goes right down our biofilm alley of research. Only difference is its on your face.
Are we going to talk about Ammonia and acne? and imagine a future of Multi drug resistant acne bacteria? This seems to be the place to do it based on my previous post suggesting a SiNi face mask might show efficacy. Problem is if I whip up a special recipe we're touching everyone's patents and pending patents. I saw a guy build an entire company on a piece of sod in a T-shirt box your dog can urinate on. Dont let people tell you your ideas are bad and you cant make money. Your ideas are still bad tho.
Is acne a contagious bacterium to treat like MRSA Multi drug resistant candida and biofilms like we've touched on here with SiNi's efficacy? I have anecdotal evidence that has convinced me. A kid once beat me up and rubbed a pimple on me. He said it's contagious the dermatologist told him so and I cant afford medication. Sure enough I got acne shortly after never having acne before. This was explained off as everyone gets it around that age and hormones. That kid then shot his dad at 13 declared political status since this was out of the US and the US embassy helped him get back to the US without any punishment for the murder since the country we where in where 100% going to hang him in the town square. A bit of a side note tho.
When you`re the CEO and you explain to the other board members your adeptness at navigation of inter-dimensional flows it's probably time to go back to sleep before you get voted out.
Based on my current musings I'd say theres no need to speculate based on the applications and superiority of the material and based on the CTL deal and the facts on material any negotiations do not need to be made on SINT's knees and SINT is setting themselves up to stand on their own feet with the help of CTL. Whether this play has to do with bargaining chips it develops options for the future of the company.
ZBH, Coorstek, Kyocera, China Johnson and Johnson or all of the above or none of the above and SINT emerges as an independent power house seems to be indeterminable in pivotal moments of reality that divert down separate paths. What I`m seeing is nothing is set in stone to determine what timeline were currently on with SINT's future, is my guess. Seems like it can all change on a whim and PR announcement.
I can guesstimate SINTS intentions, objectives and nature to assume they have no want or need to cut the throat of competition and assume the probability of sint emerging as a direct competitor that evolves to dissolution of one of these major market share holders to be low to help gauge probability of a certain trajectory. They seem to be of the opinion that partners are A ok and the more the merrier although this rarely seems to materialize in reality.
Perhaps Zimmer seems to be more concerned with selling stocks than medical science and patient outcome. Their major current threat seems to not be SINT coming down the pipeline with superior product but their own failings of FDA oversight and backlash to their failings of material choices. This threat would exist without SINT's existence. Good thing stocks usually have little to do with reality and reality gets to play catch up. I`m going to speculate SINT is of jovial nature and takes on Zimmer as a customer whenever Zimmer opens the door to that idea in the pursuit of market adoption or patient outcome or whatever. I dont think there's any motivation in SINTS objectives to make sure Zimmer dissolves to take over their market share. Although that sounds tasty if SINT brought in a sociopath CEO. Seems like no timeline exists where it's a good idea to open that ZBH short position in any time frame.
At this point the idea of SINT needing Zimmer involvement or bust is almost laughable. Just as laughable as thinking AMD needed Intel involvement when AMD was set up with a superior product to out compete the market. Whats the time line on that? Oh, Intel practically begging for AMD involvement and AMD saying "sure whatever, kid"
This is why I dont understand why SINT or Zimmer didnt put the rumor to rest. You still cant produce a WHY Zimmer would want to deny involvement. If Zimmer is chunking Sonny money then why did he sell his airplane? Probably, at least to match in an investment LLC perhaps. IS digging into the who's of an LLC any of my business? I dont think so and at least it wasnt a round of toxic financing to short the stock. If Zimmer is writing a blank check because they own SINT then what is the need for funding rounds?
Sonny doesnt need to buy stock to profit. The golden egg here is the reputation and networking beyond being the CEO of the company he wants involvement in. If you're waiting for Sonny to profit on SINT stock I think you`re thinking too small like a swing trader or pump and dumper.
If it where me I would just hold the position I took before I became the guy that ran the reverse splits and not take more position based on my personal perceived integrity. Perhaps this lends credence to Sonny's own sense of personal integrity. Either way its counter intuitive to the buffett strategy to not succumb to the day to day on the set your money and let it ride approach.
I wouldn't offer up much free mental real estate. At this point are you still deciding whether or not you want to be involved in the stock? or just spending years concern trolling. Watching the work up to a lack of a .48 floor suggests a continuation of offering up the free mental real estate. At what point do you lose credibility and your true intentions become clear? A long time ago is my guess. If you're seriously pants on head I`m not sure how you got here besides the stock is pretty cheap and it looked affordable. That spells weak hands so good riddance on those that shook.
Nothing Boston says is based on false facts he counterfeited. He might be guilty of being mistaken at best. Not sure of his trading history but Im assuming it would reveal a buy and hold. This is also a common practice of the short and distort and bash is to elude to legal issues to drive the price. Maybe contact a supreme court and ask them what a first amendment is with that breadth of posts and trading history metadata. Sounds like you self snitched if that is even a real thing. I doubt it. Sounds like it only exists in the ether to attempt to drive sentiment. No way one would be foolish enough. You guys seem smarter than that.
No one said down the road "Oh man I wish I got into that pitiful short routine" They said "oh man I wish I bought coca cola stock in 1979" Point is at the end of the day a short stands to hold nothing but a pile of cash and is quickly forgotten. Coca Cola is a real thing you can hold and drink. At the end of the day Coca Cola is still kicking it based on the fact it's tangible not some irrelevant intangible. By all means enjoy the wads of cash and thank you for your service though.
Well it's interesting that Atlas was first mentioned here as an alternative to discussing realisms of medical tech, unsure of which way the stock would break. Until something is brought forward to differentiate it from watching the narrowing of bollinger, it's narrowing of bollinger in my mind. Narrowing of bollinger works for obvious reasons. No one is making money on watching a stock trade sideways. Perhaps it's needed to define what "getting shook" or "strong hands" means in the market to help understand WHY a cup and handle works and WHY narrowing of bollinger works and how this relates to an RSI. There's plenty of stocks to shake for loose fruit. This is fine and helps strengthen the points of support on price, usually. Here it seems like a concerted effort beyond the points of moving to greener pastures. Indicating, to me, something beyond simple profits from shaking trees for loose fruit.
If this is hollow like enron for example or an alt coin crypto. Based on nothing but the price of a ticker I can see why there is no way to know whether it breaks off the bollinger narrowing one way or the other. Trading on the value of nothing is highly irrational in the first place. Possessed with the ghostly spirit of Buffett and speaking through me as a medium, he offers this incite: What is the value of nothing? What is somethings intrinsic value? Buffett is still alive you say? Well, I meant Benjamin Graham. This is all detailed in my new book "Spirit Conjuring With Graham and how this is totally not related to value investing"
Maybe it's wishful thinking, but I`d like to think it would require licensing SINT IP. Not sure you could modify the formulation of a coating or at that point it avoids prior art. No clue if what that "strategic advantage" might curtail. Maybe they just throw research at them to demonstrate the efficacy in case they where unaware.
Medtronic is based in Ireland. https://ryortho.com/breaking/seven-years-of-data-for-prestige-lp-cervical-disc/
Here's a neat design that avoids spinal fusion. unfortunately that's a titanium ceramic wear surface or titanium carbide.Would be Interesting to see a kyoto wear study for particulate production vs a SiNi coating. Cant find the source but was reading increasing levels of blood titanium levels over years but cited lower than hip since it's a smaller wear surface. Perhaps it's of little concern in this design and the benefits would be antibacterial and better fixation over titanium or implant migration?

Smith & Nephew has held talks to buy NuVasive. Smith and Nephew stock dives on that news.
Here's a little digging into lifelongjoints:
You have demonstrated coercion through lap dances in this regard as the most recent example. Let's find someone to describe Sonny as an extremely charming individual. He's based off his merits, in my opinion. I would guess SINT rejects charm, manipulation and coercion as beneficial character traits. In the model of tribal acceptance Zimmer merges with SINT with both bringing something to the table. I see what SINT is bringing. But without this model, what is Zimmer bringing? Beyond a bankroll, I'd say their sales team and legacy doctors that where developed.
To run things properly, you need a guy to convince someone into a $200 oil change and a guy that understands the intricacies of mechanics to perform it properly for example. Usually not the same guy and they tend to avoid and bad mouth each other on what they perceive as character flaws. One guy doesnt feel he needs to learn the skill because he could take his salesmanship ability somewhere else. The other lacks charm and relatability to close the deal and will get taken advantage of by relying on their merits and lower prices. Neither of these guys should be left alone.
I think both might be a state of primitive evolutionary traits designed for the tribe to accept you to ensure survival in a pack. One attempts acceptance through the merits of products of their special interests, the chicken farmer or stone knapper. The other attempts social charm and manipulation to sell their merits to the group, prostitution, group leader, hunter/killer. if sint finds flaws in autism and stryker finds flaws in sociopathic behavior then perhaps a balance between the two is a superior state and could avoid diagnosis of one or the other. Perhaps when one is faced with the other there's a propensity to double down on the successful survival trait that leads to a diagnosis as an abnormal personality. When SINT finds lack of tribal acceptance they double down. When Stryker shows fears of insecurity they double down with Mako. The root of Stryker's problem is not that they wheren't demonstrating enough of their survival trait it was the fact they wheren't demonstrating enough of the other. Diversity and inclusion team coaching on this issue just seems too bizarre for this reality. If these are the products that lead to diagnosis, I say just let them get diagnosed rather than suffer through bizarre team coaching.
Here's a good example to engage in the thought experiment:
http://www.cafepharma.com/boards/threads/anyone-else-getting-tired-of-the-constant-pressure-to-push-mako.632646/
80% preoccupation with bullying each other. Then we find this gem:
Autism is described as a spectrum. When they start talking about "sociopathic like" it sounds like they're also describing this as a spectrum. Then they got corporations attempting to train their employees to think like an autist or sociopathic groups almost mandating that behavior to "fit in". Any organization is going to take on the personality of it's leader, in that way corporations can be autistic or sociopathic in my logic. If it's a spectrum perhaps I can view it as a binary choice of one vs. the other. Perhaps that's a useful tool in viewing the world or making decisions like hiring people.
For instance and relation: if I went to a doctor and recognized signs of sociopathic behavior it might indicate lack of caring for the patient outcome.
looks like Hanson and a bunch of zimmer employees added to their position.
Still doesn't explain the antitrust lawsuits or their roots if theyre not in direct competition. They spy on one another. I`ll just throw a name out there. Mossad.
Here's a thought a metal ball bounces off a metal plate to 90% of its original height. Where did the 10% go? it translated to heat. To even ask that question in the first place is a bit off compared to the norm, much less being that focused on bouncing balls. I`d describe that as a level of autism. That's the study of physics.
Isaac Newton
This was back maybe may 2017. Looked for a link but came up empty. This was after ryzen gen1 launch but before vega or epic launch. AMD now has smaller process node tech, infinity architecture, soldered not thermal paste lids allowing for better heat management to push the clock rates. Just the lids and infinity arch. surpassing intel tech. was the time frame Intel let go of its CEO. Just not widely understood the ramifications that infinity architecture has at the time. I guess they would have liked to keep the shake up suppressed for long enough to make the move over with shares or stock analysts are not electronic engineers.
The way Intel got slam dunked on doesn't make sense that AMD was intels "little brother" to prevent antitrust issues. Seems like that was a rumor that played into Intels favor. I wont bore you with the details of the actual antitrust lawsuits launched against Intel.
My trading strategy is to bore people to death with facts until they go to sleep then I rifle through their wallet, or autism.
And you used to be able to get out of student debt before you died going to dental school. Now I`m seeing things about pilots needing food stamps a few years ago. Socialized medical doesnt look like the answer. A company produces life saving medicine for a few dollars and charges a million a year. They prey on socialized medicine since few could realistically afford that price. who pays for it. You do. Makes me question what interest lobbyists have in socialized medicine when you see a story like that. The correct path is naming and shaming the monopoly, in my opinion, when they attempt this level of extortion. Not figuring out how to pay the ransom.
Another interesting correlation to that Chip stock example. At the time The "analyst" must have thought It was important to link AMD stock to Intel as a superior company. Not realizing, in my opinion, AMD had successfully developed a superior product that out compete Intel at the time (infinity architecture), just not widely recognized. However, If i remember correctly both companies immediately dispelled. Important for trust, no matter who stood to benefit.
"it is a logical conclusion"
I`ll actually agree with that based on the evidence. False would be if it where completely made up not studying the underlying facts as a supposition. I was thinking of an example between AMD and Intel that was immediately dispelled by both companies when I used the word false based on my previous experiences of corporations dispelling a partnership. That one was completely made up about the two companies partnering on a chip published on a supposed analyst board specifically to drive prices up. No speculation, not based on underlying facts.Just counterfeit rumors designed to drive prices.
So Hanson doesnt understand how either way the elusive statements foment mistrust? That actually sounds like the kind of guy that cant into galvanic corrosion of dissimilar metals. Just remember the level of intelligence were dealing with here the next time you visit a doctor. I expect a higher caliber.
So any way that post gets me subpoena'd in the Hanson vs investors lawsuits? Nope, the only way that works is if Hanson has something and is hiding it. He cant get in trouble making super elusive statements.
To me that is very strong evidence the guy has a handful of nothing and is bluffing. Sure he probably wants it. Probably hoping he can cut a deal and make the diving catch at the last minute.Pretty much says so in the elusive statements.
because Hoffman and Khandkar are busy?
What's Hanson's end game? Keep the link hidden and watch his stock bottom out with no answer to the increased scrutiny? The reason Hanson needs to keep it secret is because...crickets. They're shorting their own stock? Wonder why Sonny hasn't said one way or the other? I see why Zimmer keeps their mouth shut if there's no link. Watching people suffer, If I were Bal I would throw Zimmer under the bus. Hit them the only place it hurts with no heart. The wallet. Just because I`m not evil and like to watch worms squirm for justice.
"The bad hip, it destroys your soft tissue, so even when you get a new good hip, you don’t have the muscles to hold the ball in the socket."
Anyone that might as well be invested in soft drinks here can tune out now. For the rest of us (just me here, i guess) can take a look at that new Zimmer 510k on a novel design to reduce dislocation on revisions. It's time to do the right thing here Hanson. It's too late for redemption. You have dishonor. Find the right path in your heart to the top floor.
Anyone catch that other video below the first vid I just linked. Boston? One minute mark. She might be a little crazy...from metallosis. Unfortunately the lives that are ruined are reporters doctors and representatives or at least people close to them.
I guess this is where we divert across separate paths Boston. What happens when Zimmer doesnt get a stock bump here? what happens when Hanson is forced to corporate Seppuku?
#1 if this is a charity. I dont know why they IPO`d instead of seeking grants and government funding.
#2 I dont think the money I have invested here holds any weight on reality. Too little and a drop in the bucket. It's a microcosm in the right direction of a Macrocosm of suppression.
#3 If I where fully motivated by amoral profiteering I`m either very unsuccessful or would have a different investment strategy. I have a different investment strategy really. Until further notice of something a little less ambiguous Zimmer is a floater in a toilet bowl to me. A blight to society of plastic toys and metallosis that hasn't produced something competitive since the day they where born and truth is a state of equilibrium you cannot defeat only suppress for a time. For Zimmers sake I hope you're right and they understand the facts of truth.
I really appreciate you feeding my data sets. I`m not trying to attack you. Is your money safer in Zimmer stock since they obviously are acquiring SINT? No matter who is right here in this circumstance is it time to open a short on zimmer? Hard to time when zimmer is going to announce something that doesnt come off as desperation or not announce and keep the short open. Sounds risky. Since I suffer from an extreme state of risk aversion I'm currently holding SINT. Too many variables like how well is the industry analyzed aka is anyone paying attention? Are investors holding stock options or interested primarily in dividends? to open a short on zimmer.
In fact you got a audio file for when he feeds this line? I want to study his voice for inflection. See if I can sniff out a tone of desperation.
PROOF!...no. Boston how can you rule out the possibility what this is Hanson stringing his own investors along like a bunch of rubes. Sounds alot better than "if youre paying attention. Yes, we're about to get dunked on" But is elusive enough to avoid the fed.
How can you rule out the anonymous message that led you here wasn't pure speculation from pure desperation from a source outside SINT about to get dunked on. Knowing how vital a link would be to a future.
Then we got Sonny "I want a smaller piece of a bigger pie" Bal. What you`re suggesting is a compelling argument that's dependent on what Hanson is feeding you it seems. When I can make an equally compelling argument for why a BOD hasnt been arranged yet.
absolute face value of that statement. No reading between the lines. Is he talking about #metoo products? I dont think so. Now Im speculating. Sounds like he's addressing something. A response to something. Possibly from his own investors and saying. "the idea of an acquisition of something is not off the table".. "It's a possibility" meaning we havent completely eliminated the idea. So Elusive. Definitely not we have SINT in our back pocket. Are we even talking about SINT? This guy should smirk and bring his pinkie up to his mouth. What a weirdo.
Ineresting nobody attacks the science, just ignores. Was an attempt made to not tarnish the core science reputation? or it's just untouchable. If the shares where imaginary internet coins, you`d be trading speculation not intrinsic value I think.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Greater_fool_theory
How much is medical science really worth? If I found the cure to cancer you think it would take the medical world by storm not filed away and forgotten about. Today I`m feeling it's more the latter and not the former and the cancer magic bullet is completely worthless and it's all rigged. Been looking at the database on potential apoptosis. We got frankincense, cannabis, pine needles, Blood oranges, Boswellic acid, bitter melon..list goes on. Maybe you can pour doctor pepper on cancer in the lab and it kills cancer? Seems like everything cures cancer. Therefore cancer shouldnt exist. "needs more research" thats never going to happen. Instead lets just stick to broadly cytotoxic folfox and platinum etc..Cancer should have been beat along time ago. Hopefully someone important will wake up one day and heads will roll. Possibly literally role in China. Seems like the last names on most of these novel research chains possibly indicate Chinese descent, where chines medicine is encouraged to be practiced alongside western. Not saying chinese is better but alot what's shown effective there "needs more research". Suggests a more flexible system toward results. Perhaps a bit off topic but I can see the deep seated relationship to here.
Thanks for sharing that. The only ones I recognize are the vix, macd bollinger and RSI. I honestly dont monitor any technicals here, as I dont consider the stock as a traded commodity. I consider it more like investing in a private corporation than a traded commodity IE there's nothing the indicators are going to show beyond lifetime RSI.
I`ll drop a story, might be a waste of time, but on the off chance it reaches you and you find it enlightening or helpful:
A guy gets out of college and gets a job as a trader for a company. they bring like 600 people in and make them paper trade for like 3 months. All of them are fired. This might cycle 10 rounds a year, or something. That's like 6,000 ppl fired, but all the math here is BS for the purpose of the story. Every once in a while one of these guys goes live. There's maybe 10 traders live carrying the paychecks of all these people paper trading. All of them are educated in technicals. What are they actually looking for? I argue Autism. Of the weaponized variety. Whatever they`re looking for is extremely rare based on my bs numbers. Not sure if they know what theyre looking for. All they might know is it trades successful.
