Autism is described as a spectrum. When they start talking about "sociopathic like" it sounds like they're also describing this as a spectrum. Then they got corporations attempting to train their employees to think like an autist or sociopathic groups almost mandating that behavior to "fit in". Any organization is going to take on the personality of it's leader, in that way corporations can be autistic or sociopathic in my logic. If it's a spectrum perhaps I can view it as a binary choice of one vs. the other. Perhaps that's a useful tool in viewing the world or making decisions like hiring people.

For instance and relation: if I went to a doctor and recognized signs of sociopathic behavior it might indicate lack of caring for the patient outcome.

Autistic people often have an intense and passionate level of focus on things of interest

If SINT where a personality. They have an intense and passionate interest but seem to be socially withdrawn. They seem to lack the charm or ability to manipulate that you find in a good salesman(signs of sociopath). This translates to the real world in inability to make sales. Especially to sociopathic doctors. seems like these groups mix like oil and water, in my opinion. Just an idea. If you`re looking at it at as a binary choice on a spectrum it becomes a personality trait rather than a state of "other-abled". From either side of the coin is the state of "normalcy" with the other having the issue. Just a thought experiment I`ve been toying with in my own mind that seems to apply, but maybe im obsessed with the number 33 and see it everywhere when it has no correlation to reality. Maybe I`m seeing things that are not there.
