You have demonstrated coercion through lap dances in this regard as the most recent example. Let's find someone to describe Sonny as an extremely charming individual. He's based off his merits, in my opinion. I would guess SINT rejects charm, manipulation and coercion as beneficial character traits. In the model of tribal acceptance Zimmer merges with SINT with both bringing something to the table. I see what SINT is bringing. But without this model, what is Zimmer bringing? Beyond a bankroll, I'd say their sales team and legacy doctors that where developed.

To run things properly, you need a guy to convince someone into a $200 oil change and a guy that understands the intricacies of mechanics to perform it properly for example. Usually not the same guy and they tend to avoid and bad mouth each other on what they perceive as character flaws. One guy doesnt feel he needs to learn the skill because he could take his salesmanship ability somewhere else. The other lacks charm and relatability to close the deal and will get taken advantage of by relying on their merits and lower prices. Neither of these guys should be left alone.
