This is why I dont understand why SINT or Zimmer didnt put the rumor to rest. You still cant produce a WHY Zimmer would want to deny involvement. If Zimmer is chunking Sonny money then why did he sell his airplane? Probably, at least to match in an investment LLC perhaps. IS digging into the who's of an LLC any of my business? I dont think so and at least it wasnt a round of toxic financing to short the stock. If Zimmer is writing a blank check because they own SINT then what is the need for funding rounds?

Sonny doesnt need to buy stock to profit. The golden egg here is the reputation and networking beyond being the CEO of the company he wants involvement in. If you're waiting for Sonny to profit on SINT stock I think you`re thinking too small like a swing trader or pump and dumper.

If it where me I would just hold the position I took before I became the guy that ran the reverse splits and not take more position based on my personal perceived integrity. Perhaps this lends credence to Sonny's own sense of personal integrity. Either way its counter intuitive to the buffett strategy to not succumb to the day to day on the set your money and let it ride approach.
