Obviously you did not listen to the conference call or you would know that, "with this process is doesn't matter what the price of soybeans goes to". The only truthful statement to come out of the man's mouth in a long time.
If anyone had called mayor Copeland awhile back they would be long gone by now.

For those that have not gulped the kool-aid and swallowed the complete hook-line and sinker:

They were on CNBC this morning but I can't find the feed. Read all their PR's and watch the Fox feed, notice the grant they just got. I realize comparing a real company with this traveling Laurial and Hardy show will be difficult, but remember this, these guys did not have to scheme anyone out of their money for 15 or 16 years.
This "phantom" financial advisor must be a lonely guy void of any friends, family or other clients, ergo no buying activity. How many people have been exposed to this phenomenon over the last year that have passed on the investment buy of a lifetime that will change the world?
Not even close. Who would announce "production in 6 to 8 weeks" knowing they had never even applied for for faculity permitting? I'll bet if people posted their favorite CEO lie the list would total close to 100.
The amazing thing is that the price has held up so well, wait till one of the big holders wakes up in the middle of the night and says, Uh oh, and tries to sell in the morning.
Why would I call? Mr. Market tells all anyone needs to know. Of course, if I wanted to I could drive over there but would be waste of time probably no better than Market St. LOL
Has anyone ever called the highly touted Am Spec Svcs and asked if their published test results are from an homogeneous sample of the product? If not what percent of the 4-5.5 gal "juice" produced the results, the reason for the question is obvious.
I would also ask if the "sample" was tested virgin (without any processing) and what the heck is a "full chain of custody", and describe a partial cod.
You obviously aren't aware of the latest shuffel and haven't read post #2788 on IV. The reactors are not going to Agrimax.
Must of come out of a clock on a spring.
Exactly my point. There is no provision that I know of that allows for a partial COD, so why use the term "full", it's just a strange term for such a "highly touted" company to use. I probably should not have mentioned it because it takes away form the real question the one that preceded the COD issue.

I would recommend that you (or any newbie) call MDEQ and the local newspaper before spending your money. A .10 a minute LD telephone call could be the best investment advice here.
""I swear I bought another 50,000 shares today. I love this. ""
Just think of the elation when it hits the .01's, how lucky you are that the share price is dropping. You're a penny scheme's CEO's dream come true.
I agree, it's hard to believe he's accumulated enough for a C-5A, now the Rolls, if true, would be a hoot (a little local color) for Natchez.
If you really do research then include the bio-permitting section at MEDQ, give them a call, but don't be upset when they laugh at the mention of JR and USSEC. Oh, and be sure to ask them about Port Gibson.
<<There is a reason the recipe is under lock and key,>>
Based on the stock price he must have eaten the decoder ring.
Now there's "news you can use" and from such a reliable source, a debtor that doesn't pay his bills (how come no one asks about payment to the company for such a large purchase).
BTW, that sound you heard yesterday at a nickel was a giant "BURP" heard all the way from Natchez. Of course today's corresponding sound comes as the result of all that gorging and is emitted from another orifice. LOL
<<Increased Lubricity.
Results in less friction, better gas mileage, less wear and tear on engine, less maintenance, longer engine life.>>
The problem with that is it will take many years to get it into an engine, stick with this power generation scheme in a broke banana republic for greater stock price gains. Focus.
Details, details, details...what's with all this talk about details. If a reputable group did all the relevant testing and the juice de jour passed with flying colors it wouldn't matter because they could not produce (well maybe in some broke banana republic) without permitting. Then let's say a couple of years pass and permitting is completed, can the juice de jour be produced economically? They've never produced in volumes that would support any suggestion that a sustained refining program would work. It's all theory from a guy that for 8-10-16 years hasn't been able to prove anything besides he can "cook some beans and get some juice" and most importantly sell a whole lotta shares along the way.
Now, with the SEC sitting on the doorstep and civil suits piling up it sure throws a monkey wrench into the equation (but sure make the islands look good) now won't it be fun figuring this mess out offshore. But don't worry it ain't gonna happen anyway it's filed under the "been there done that" catagory. LOL
Penny pumpers beware:

U.S. SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION
Litigation Release No. 20228 / August 7, 2007
SEC v. Sierra Brokerage Services, Inc., et al., United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. Civil Action No. C2-03-326
On July 26, 2007, the Honorable John D. Holschuh, U. S. District Judge for the Southern District of Ohio, entered a Final Judgment as to defendant Jerome B. Armstrong ("Armstrong"). The Final Judgment permanently enjoins Armstrong from future violations of Section 17(b) of the Securities of 1933. The Final Judgment further orders Armstrong to pay disgorgement in the amount of $5,832, prejudgment interest of $3,235, and a civil penalty of $20,000. Armstrong consented to the entry of the Final Judgment without admitting or denying the allegations of the Commission's Complaint, except as to jurisdiction.
The Commission's Complaint, filed on April 14, 2003, alleged that beginning on March 6, 2000, Armstrong touted the stock of BluePoint Linux Software Corporation ("BluePoint") by posting unsubstantiated, favorable buy recommendations on the Raging Bull internet site. Armstrong posted over eighty such recommendations during the first three weeks that the stock of BluePoint was publicly traded. According to the Complaint, Armstrong praised BluePoint's investment value and encouraged investors who were experiencing trouble having their orders filled to keep trying. The Complaint further alleged that the promoters of BluePoint were secretly transferring stock in three other companies to Armstrong at prices below the then current market for those three stocks and that Armstrong made at least $20,000 by selling the shares he received from the promoters of BluePoint. The Complaint alleges that Armstrong did not disclose in his internet postings that he was being compensated for making the postings.
How did you miss these:
OK...
Don't ask how it works... nobody knows it just does
OK...
No, I don't have any liars certificates with me...they're being translated..
OK...
And don't even tell me you have permitting or I'm outta here
OK...OK?
""SANTO DOMINGO, Dominican Republic: The United States and Brazil have chosen the Dominican Republic as one of the four countries where biofuel will be produced with their assistance in financing and technical support. The other countries are Haiti, El Salvador and St Kitts.""
Let's see in the U.S. and Brazil there are hundreds of companies that are successfully producing product, revenues and have completed proof of concept to achieve these goals. Now along comes your tainted CEO who has done none of the above and even thumbs his nose at our nations regulatory processes and your inference is that he is going to participate in this financing package to attain the intended results. I don't think so, in fact, I know not.
Nice try.
Or why hasn't BioConn paid his bill?
I'm thinking right after they announce the 6 billion annual contract that will defoliate the whole island and two countries in the second year. But hey, the battered women and orphans of Natchez will be eating good.
""aren't we all? unfortunately, 1 year and counting and still no sales.""
What do you mean no sales? If BioConn would pay his bill for the 2400 gallons he bootlegged revenues would soar. From $300 to say $6000 wow, now there's a PR.
Hmmm....appears Mr. Market took a different stance, more like a squat when taking a dump....
<< that boast yields of a high quality bio-fuel.>>
And therein lies your problem.
That CEO of yours is really something. A contract with a single company for over 20% the nations entire GDP (2005 29 billion) man this guy can really negotiate:
http://www.state.gov/r/pa/ei/bgn/35639.htm
Swallow hard and set the hook.
""And I actually own the stock.""
And is that supposed to be some badge of honor or more realistically your albatross? Other than occasional sarcasm (I'll admit more lately) my only purpose here is to offer a passerby some information in the public domain that could let them know what they are getting into. Since Fairway doesn't play golf and I don't lie no reason to "hook up", I'm happily married to my beautiful wife of 40 years. Maybe a drink, but there again he's iced tea and I'm a martini. Oh yes, I know it's personal but that's your problem.
Public domain you say? Try this and see if it rings any bells, it's free.
http://www.projectposner.org/case/1991/763FSupp1445
You have 355 posts in 2 1/2 months, pot calling the kettle black? Next time don't due your DD on a message board, there's a plethora of information in the public domain to lampoon this thing. Make the call, a couple of bucks (if your're long winded) could save thousands.
Besides it's raining here and I can't play golf.
Little confused on the spelling but that's all right at 9:30 AM ET you can be the hero it's buy, but, buy!
Exactly, I've seen the light.
Shame on the "bashers", or should you say thanks for following the lead of that genius CEO of yours in his effort to flush out the naysayers. Buy! Buy! Buy!
Don't forget tomorrow buy! buy! buy!
Why are you posting? You've won, btw, when you penny pumpers talk to each other why don't you just stand up and talk to each other over the partition?
""I couldn't agree with you more. You penny pumpers have won, there is no question that this price decline is just a master stroke of genius by the CEO to flush out the weak hands and allow the loyal pumpers their just rewards. 100's I dare say 1000's of non reporting companies have historically confirmed they can recover from a mere 93% price decline and soar to new highs. How lucky you are!!
Shame on the "bashers", or should you say thanks for following the lead of that genius CEO of yours in his effort to flush out the naysayers. Buy! Buy! Buy!""
No, No, No, No and double No....the "biggest basher" of this stock is MR. MARKET, and we all know MR. MARKET never lies....
here's HIS take...
The company has a fuel that has no economic viability, in other words, they can produce it but can't sell it for a profit.
It's really that simple if the opposite were true no BASHER could offer any counter to PROFITS. Pure and simple.
All the rest is window dressing, obfuscation, punch and duck, sell the stock.
The reason they have not been able to pump sufficiently to allow price appreciation so some can "trade out" of this mess is simple as well, it's called the SEC sitting on your doorstep. If they could get some resolution from them there might be the possibility of some action, but who wants to buy knowing a trading halt or worse could happen any time?
""There is a very clear deduction that other's would want it.""
The "clear deduction" is located in your account, and the fact that "other's would (not) want it" is clearly demonstrated by volume.
No problem, you've got it pegged. The problem with this as a Mo play is:
SEC is "in the house" and regulators in the bushes
Overhead supply is ungodly (rubes think restricted really means restricted in non reporting)
Shoes are starting to drop in MS with a centipede's supply probably to follow.
You're right about one thing people around the country have never been able to fathom the devistation of Katrina. I was born and raised in NO, never lived there as an adult, but had 11 relatives in my house and neighbor's house in Texas for a long time. My 89 year young step-mother was with us for 9 months before she returned to an assisted living facility in Kenner, couldn't stand being away from her birthplace. Her home which was 2 blocks from Pontchatrain on Canal Blvd., had 18 inches but it might as well been 18 feet because after being unable to re-enter for 6 weeks everything porous was ruined. Lives will never be the same. GLTY
If I were you I would include Jackson in your trip and go by MDEQ and talk with someone in the bio fuel permitting section. They might even have some information about the Port Gibson location, and while you're there pick up a facitity air permitting application. When you get home contact TCEQ you might be able to access their permits on line then compare the two, talk about going from the frying pan into the fire. LOL
Also, you might make contact with the local newspaper (Natchez Democrat) and talk with a couple of reporters covering USSEC for some local flavor. Let everyone know if you decide to buy after your DD.
""Thank you (bashers) for the confirmation!
much appreciated.""
Your welcome! I guess for reminding newbees that the stock is down 93% off it's high with the company in "production mode" (according to you pumpers).
BA your point is well taken, it's just that it doesn't change the fact that dilution has/is taken place. Hint, buy direction NOT price. GLTA
Your Quote:
"" I no longer debate the Permit issue.""
Ronn/Conn's quote:
""USSE has been visited by officials from MS epa, and tested,
the plant has no potential for pollution. (until they make a law for
soybean storage)as my last posted stated from the chief inspector from
MS EPA, they may not need a permit. He would not put a statement out if
all no matter what had to apply.""
As if by magic if you say it will no longer be debated, it will just "poof" go away, not unlike the CEO's attitude, "Don't need no stinkin' permits", and magically the requirement goes away.
But alas a voice of reason in reply with verifiable fact:
There is no such thing as Mississippi EPA, there is MDEQ or Federal
EPA, Region 4 (whose jurisdiction MS is under) is in Atlanta, GA. Neither
has visited the site. Unless they are lying (as they laugh)
about it both have said they have never stepped foot on the premises.
Much has been said about permits that someone would think they might be
punitive in nature, when in fact they are just the opposite. Permits
and licenses are, if you will, the rights of passage to do business in
modern industrial America. After an inventor or developer of a process
that requires manufacture completes proof of concept he MUST get proper
permitting from the required jurisdiction, be it, local, state or Federal.
What it means is that the inventor or developer, if you will, has
"arrived" and is ready to take it to the next step, production for
revenue. An analogy might be a kid does odd jobs or has a lemonade stand
and doesn't pay any taxes, then tinkering on his computer, he devlopes
a game that takes off and it makes millions, now come taxes. Most
think taxes are punitive, but in fact, it means whatever your endeavor,
you are making money and are a success in America.
The simple part of this is that all this information is available to
anyone that wants to make the call to the aforementioned agencies instead
of hearing, he said she said.
What peaked my interest, last October, was the CEO saying in public,
that production would begin in 10-12 weeks. Since I have experience in
permitting (in other areas) with various state and Federal agencies it
was simple to find out how far along he was in the permitting process.
The logic was most responsible CEO's knowing the lengthy process would
have started that process long ago, well I MADE THE CALL, and you know
the rest of the story
