Let's see in the U.S. and Brazil there are hundreds of companies that are successfully producing product, revenues and have completed proof of concept to achieve these goals. Now along comes your tainted CEO who has done none of the above and even thumbs his nose at our nations regulatory processes and your inference is that he is going to participate in this financing package to attain the intended results. I don't think so, in fact, I know not.
