If I were you I would include Jackson in your trip and go by MDEQ and talk with someone in the bio fuel permitting section. They might even have some information about the Port Gibson location, and while you're there pick up a facitity air permitting application. When you get home contact TCEQ you might be able to access their permits on line then compare the two, talk about going from the frying pan into the fire. LOL

Also, you might make contact with the local newspaper (Natchez Democrat) and talk with a couple of reporters covering USSEC for some local flavor. Let everyone know if you decide to buy after your DD.
