Details, details, details...what's with all this talk about details. If a reputable group did all the relevant testing and the juice de jour passed with flying colors it wouldn't matter because they could not produce (well maybe in some broke banana republic) without permitting. Then let's say a couple of years pass and permitting is completed, can the juice de jour be produced economically? They've never produced in volumes that would support any suggestion that a sustained refining program would work. It's all theory from a guy that for 8-10-16 years hasn't been able to prove anything besides he can "cook some beans and get some juice" and most importantly sell a whole lotta shares along the way.

Now, with the SEC sitting on the doorstep and civil suits piling up it sure throws a monkey wrench into the equation (but sure make the islands look good) now won't it be fun figuring this mess out offshore. But don't worry it ain't gonna happen anyway it's filed under the "been there done that" catagory. LOL
