No, No, No, No and double No....the "biggest basher" of this stock is MR. MARKET, and we all know MR. MARKET never lies....
here's HIS take...

The company has a fuel that has no economic viability, in other words, they can produce it but can't sell it for a profit.

It's really that simple if the opposite were true no BASHER could offer any counter to PROFITS. Pure and simple.

All the rest is window dressing, obfuscation, punch and duck, sell the stock.

The reason they have not been able to pump sufficiently to allow price appreciation so some can "trade out" of this mess is simple as well, it's called the SEC sitting on your doorstep. If they could get some resolution from them there might be the possibility of some action, but who wants to buy knowing a trading halt or worse could happen any time?
