They just closed down Hyvia this year. So, you do not think that Batteries will also get better? Plug has to be lazar focused at this point and only do what they can make a profit on. Otherwise, there is no real reason to be in business. They can only be environmental warriors so long before OPM dries up and you can only fool so many people for so long!

You do realize Plug tried this. First, they did test and that failed to produce business. Second, they worked with a retro fit company that also went under and lastly Hyvia in Europe that went under. If Plug is to survive, they need to do with what makes sense and works. They do not have Billions any longer to play around with.

Its partner, FirstElement Fuel, opened the world's first dedicated hydrogen truck refueling station at the Port of Oakland last year. This state-of-the-art facility uses liquefied hydrogen and cryopump technology to rapidly refuel up to 200 trucks within 10 minutes. With a daily capacity of 18,000 kilograms of hydrogen, it outstrips typical passenger vehicle hydrogen stations by more than ten times.

Toyota is also heavily investing in infrastructure. Partnering with Japan's Iwatani and France's Air Liquide, Toyota is building an ultra-low temperature liquefied hydrogen refueling station in Ontario, California. Meanwhile, at the Port of Long Beach, Toyota operates the Tri-Gen facility, which produces both electricity and hydrogen by processing food and municipal waste, an innovative approach to sustainable energy generation.

GTI Energy – Awarded over $220,000 to study New York’s potential for underground hydrogen storage, a key component for long-duration, large-scale clean energy storage.

National Grid Ventures – Awarded $2 million to install and test the state’s first commercially deployed, 100% hydrogen-fueled linear generator at the Northport Power Plant in Fort Salonga. The generator will run for one year to assess performance, air quality benefits, and grid support.

Plug Power Inc. & Verne – Awarded $2 million to co-develop cryo-compressed hydrogen distribution trailers, aimed at cutting transportation costs and improving hydrogen access for small and mid-sized warehouse and distribution operations.

Stony Brook University – Awarded more than $4.9 million to demonstrate a low-pressure, ambient-temperature hydrogen storage system at Northwell Health Hospital. The project will enhance energy resilience for critical care facilities.

SWITCH Maritime – Awarded $2 million to develop New York’s first hydrogen fuel cell-electric ferry for zero-emission transportation on New York City waterways.
