I didn't see if this was posted because I have all of the other posters here on Ignore - got this in my email this morning from PennyStockRumors.net. They claim not to have been compensated for it, which I guess means they were just unloading stock.
New Penny Alert: NEUN
----------------------------------------------------------------
Good morning readers and welcome new subscribers.
The market opens in less than 10 minutes so we will jump right into it! Today's alert is a low float (46M shares) penny play that could see a huge spark of momentum this morning.
The company even put out a press release this morning which should draw even more attention to this hidden gem!
Our new penny play is:
NEUN - NeuroGenesis Inc.
NEUN engages in the development of a series of products to be used as adjuncts to therapy by the substance-abuse treatment community. Neurotransmitters are chemicals that allow communication to occur in the brain.
NEUN offers NeuBecalm'd, a nutritional supplement to reduce the effects of acute and chronic stress factors; NeuBecalm'd Chewables that reduces the effects of stress; and NeuRecover, a nutritional support for the natural replenishment of neurotransmitters depleted by the long-term use of alcohol.
NEUN also provides NeuRelieve, a nutritional support for restoring and rebuilding healthy brain chemistry that has been altered or depleted by the long-term use of anti-anxiety drugs, and to be used in conjunction with professional support during the tapering process; NeuReplenish for restoring and rebuilding healthy brain chemistry that has been altered or depleted by the long-term use of chemical stimulants; and NeuSlim, which aids in the reduction of cravings (or urges) for simple carbohydrates, to reduce excessive appetite in general, and to assist in healthy moderation of nutritional needs.
NEUN markets its products to rehabilitation hospitals and clinics worldwide. The company was founded in 1984 and headquartered in League City, Texas.
Supplements Market Could Reach $204B by 2017
A new market report from Transparency Market Research, Albany, NY, has found that the global nutraceutical product market reached $142.1 BLN in 2011 and is expected to reach $204.8B by 2017, growing at a CAGR of 6.3 Pct. from 2012 to 2017. Asia Pacific (including Japan) is expected to have the second largest market share after North America by 2017.
The report, “Nutraceuticals Product Market: Global Market Size, Segment and Country Analysis & Forecasts (2007-2017),” also cited that in 2011, the functional food and beverage market reached $93.0B, registering a growth rate of 6.0 Pct. from 2007 to 2011. North America enjoyed the highest market share for nutraceutical products at $56.4B in 2011.
According to Transparency Market Research, the global nutraceutical market is growing primarily on account of growth in dietary supplement segment, however functional foods and beverages also make up a significant market segment. North America has the highest market share for nutraceutical product market, which is primarily supported by the U.S. health conscious consumers segment.
The global nutraceutical market is estimated to have a growth rate of 6.6 Pct. during the forecasted period (2012-2017) in protein and peptides segment of dietary supplement market. The company issued a new PR this morning too!
NeuroGenesis Dietary Supplements Are Covered by Issued Patents
LEAGUE CITY, TX- November 21, 2013- NeuroGenesis, Inc. has been marketing and selling a variety of patented supplements into the large supplement marketplace for over 25 years. The Company's products range from Neu BeCalm'd (beneficial for relief of stress; improves mental focus and concentration; helps establish normal sleep patterns) to NeuRelieve (supplements to replenish neurotransmitters depleted by benzodiazepine), NeuRecover (supplements to replenish neurotransmitters depleted by alcohol), NeuReplenish (supplements to replenish neurotransmitters depleted by use of chemical stimulants) and NeuSlim (provides nutritional support for healthy weight loss and maintenance). With over 30 years of scientific research and clinical studies and use in over 1,700 US hospitals and drug rehab centers.
The Company currently has three "use" patents that relate to the ingredients in NeuroGenesis products. A "use" patent is the exclusive right to use a substance in a specific way. You can find more information on the Company's website at: www.neurogenesis.com.
You can read the full PR here.
As you can see, NEUN is like nothing we've came across in the past. This company has the rights to patents, made over 100k in sales last quarter, and is a profitable pinksheet company. The number of companies that fit that criteria is extremely low, and that is why NEUN deserves your full attention today.
Make sure you're watching NEUN this morning!
I agree, it doesn't seem like Big Al's style. Happy for you either way. I gave up on it before the recent activity after holding for a couple of years, but did ok overall.
The Z team has descended upon NEUN, and not an IRP disclosure in the bunch.

Jeez, at least get the ticker right.
Gee whiz, what a surprise. And all these posts suddenly with no compensation disclosure - just a coincidence, I'm sure.
Hope it goes To Da Moon for ya though!
I'm sure I'm giving that unidentified poster way too much credit, but in my view, increasing the o/s and using the new shares for an acquisition that is accretive to earnings would not be "dilution."
If it's the sort of trip-zero stock that you usually like to follow, forget I said anything :)
Also, Implant undoubtedly makes sure that DMRJ is not privy to any earnings info before it is released, so DMRJ is not constrained by having received inside information. And on the flip side, DMRJ does not tell Implant when it is selling, or how much. Glenn has even alluded to this on conference calls.
One more thing. Implant continuing to tap the credit line is a GOOD thing, because it means they are expanding operations and manufacturing product. It's unfortunate that they haven't been able to obtain financing from elsewhere on more favorable terms, but it could be much worse -- DMRJ has been a good partner of theirs for a long time.
I have to agree with all of this, too. Nice going. I think the two of you guys have put it in the proper perspective.
"There's a difference between gambling and the educated guess making of arbitrage, and I'd argue that just counting on an increased take from a stock price appreciation is a huge gamble."
EXACTLY! Thank you for saying that. DMRJ did not acquire IMSC, although it has (in effect) a control position. DMRJ has no desire to assume the risk that IMSC will not ultimately succeed - and, as much as most of us here believe that they have a better mousetrap, there is still a risk. DMRJ made a business deal and they are entitled to sell stock whenever they are permitted to, to keep their position within whatever range they consider manageable.
I don't believe that IMSC's business prospects are being affected by the stock price (although the converse is obviously true), so anyone who has a true long-term view and believes in the company should just continue to scoop up 80-cent stock and be patient. It is frustrating, sure, but there is nothing else anyone here can do.
One parenthetical note: With the flawed capital structure here, I think an acquisition at any price over $2.00 would be a blessing.
Wow, did Al pay for a promo?!
Would like to look into what NITE is doing is leagal
NITE and the other market makers are merely reflecting orders from their customers. If it appears that the chorus of "manipulation" has gotten louder here lately, it may be because those experienced traders who know better have become frustrated reading the conspiracy theories and have been visiting this board only rarely.
I see investors selling, and I think it's pretty clear that DMRJ has been selling all along. Maybe there has been some short-selling lately as well, but that is all fine and legal. Nothing that a drastic increase in orders and revenues can't cure.
No, I think it's an MLM company
Right you are, slojab!
Now where's my $30?
And those who paper trade it will show big losses.
Hey, I know that one!
.0023 x .0087? Great, let me go SLAP THE ASK right now!!!
I'm going to guess not! I can't tell whether their gobbledygook is intentional, or they don't actually know the correct terms. It's like the whole PR was written in another language and then translated into English using an online service.
Intraday "short volume" is not the same thing as "short interest," as has been discussed and explained all over IHub for years now. There is no open short position in AVNE.
Your client was "gone after" because she held no legal right to the "mark".
Correct. She got some bad advice (or lack of advice) from her prior counsel.
if I used the term "satelliteguy®"
That gives me a great idea!
That was the "smackdown". The marks didn't exist. The use of the ® suggest it does.
Understood, but did anyone actually smack them or did they change it of their own accord? Either way, they did a bad thing which was corrected. Apparently someone didn't understand at first what the use of the ® implies.
Hope this clarified my points.
Yep. We don't really disagree except, possibly, as to how any of these other issues might bear on AVNE, which remains to be seen....
Couple of things. First, there is no legal reason why two companies that both have "Medscience" in their names, in different areas, cannot coexist. I just worked on a trademark infringement matter for one of my clients who was required to change her branding identity from [XYZ] even though there were already three variations of [XYZ] that all have registered trademarks. One of the [XYZ] mark owners decided to go after her use of the mark, because the market for her services was deemed to be too similar to the market for their products, even though they had not attempted to preclude the use of the mark by other companies in what also appeared to me to be related areas.
Second, of course you are correct that one cannot use the symbol for a registered trademark in commerce when one has not actually registered the mark. I don't follow SKTO and can't speak to what they've done or not done, but this is the AVNE board and my understanding is that anything Aventura Equities does is going to be set up properly and legally.
Finally, as you know, trademark enforcement is a civil matter, so if anyone "smacks down" anyone else for the use of a mark it will be the owner of the registered mark in a private litigation, not the USPTO.
Interesting finish today. Highest volume in a month.
Wrong company
I just emailed Admin Dan to ask why those random snippets of text from articles should not be considered "off topic" wherever they are posted.
Hey guys, what's the deal with this? Apparently some sort of bot, since the posts are always excerpts from articles and they're sometimes only a few seconds apart, on different boards:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/profile.aspx?user=364483
Right, but this thing was posted almost every day starting in August when it wasn't trading a share. Then it made a run in September-October. Just wondering, since a lot of other stocks with these links posted for them also have zero volume.
Not much info there. Pretty thinly traded stock. Are you guys following it for some reason?
OK, let's try that again... "QEDN sure looks like an utter fraud and impending SEC suspension to me at first glance (which is all I intend to give it)."
otc stocks experiencing some difficulty's this morning
I think he misspelled "stock's"
I think the SEC could easily start with the real 'Harry' and he would offer up his colleagues pretty quickly if he were facing jail time. This isn't my area of expertise and we're only speculating about there being others involved, but it seems to me an obviously illegal stock manipulation effort engaged in by multiple parties might make a good conspiracy or RICO case.
If we had anyone at the SEC paying attention, this sort of thing would result in some sort of enforcement action.
No, I wouldn't say that that's the worst case scenario. Worst case scenario is DMRJ decides that the company is never going to be the success that was hoped, pulls its ongoing support and blows out the rest of its stock for whatever it can get. Or another worst case scenario might be that the sales never materialize, for whatever reason, and the company drifts into oblivion.
I don't think either of those things is going to happen, but this is the real world, not a fantasy world where you get a multibagger out of the "worst case scenario."
"Bogus" or not, it is apparently a dispute over a $150,000 investment. No big deal.
Hey, interesting, I didn't know you could post a link to a deleted post. Now you definitely deserve a car.
Name That Poster:
You can say that again Nvidia!
That is right DD!
That is what I am thinking Nvidia!
Strong indeed Hammer!
So would I DD!
The company will still need to convince the marketplace that the stock is worth $5.00 in order to sell the offering to investors at that price. One of two things will happen (or maybe both): the trading price on the Pinks will drift up to meet the price in the S-1 if and when it goes effective, and/or the S-1 price will be reduced to a point where the company thinks it can sell the shares.
My point is, if that's the level of care, why should anyone take anything else this guy said seriously?
It deserves to go unseen. The guy who wrote it can't even spell the CEO's name correctly.
I have to respect their honesty.
I think you are correct :)
Hugh is apparently now a market maker.
Unless MM sold there shares they have. Noone knows and it is irrelevant.
