EXACTLY! Thank you for saying that. DMRJ did not acquire IMSC, although it has (in effect) a control position. DMRJ has no desire to assume the risk that IMSC will not ultimately succeed - and, as much as most of us here believe that they have a better mousetrap, there is still a risk. DMRJ made a business deal and they are entitled to sell stock whenever they are permitted to, to keep their position within whatever range they consider manageable.
I don't believe that IMSC's business prospects are being affected by the stock price (although the converse is obviously true), so anyone who has a true long-term view and believes in the company should just continue to scoop up 80-cent stock and be patient. It is frustrating, sure, but there is nothing else anyone here can do.
One parenthetical note: With the flawed capital structure here, I think an acquisition at any price over $2.00 would be a blessing.
