Also, Implant undoubtedly makes sure that DMRJ is not privy to any earnings info before it is released, so DMRJ is not constrained by having received inside information. And on the flip side, DMRJ does not tell Implant when it is selling, or how much. Glenn has even alluded to this on conference calls.
One more thing. Implant continuing to tap the credit line is a GOOD thing, because it means they are expanding operations and manufacturing product. It's unfortunate that they haven't been able to obtain financing from elsewhere on more favorable terms, but it could be much worse -- DMRJ has been a good partner of theirs for a long time.
