Katfish, I haven't been watching Level II but I'm sure there was some short-selling by the MMs on the way up. I also haven't been in any of the trading chatrooms lately so I don't know whether borrows were available at any broker for individuals to short LLLI, but obviously it would have made a great short trade from the .12-.15 range. I'm very surprised that it has dropped back down under .08, though. As to who jumped the price - are you saying that you put an order in at the ask, and whoever it was ran away? It's not supposed to happen but it doesn't surprise me.
Why do you think that was a game, and what would be the point of paying a game regarding $200 worth of stock? Trades are executed by computer and no actual human would concern himself with tiny trades like that.
"Filing" = Attorney's letter.
"NATO Alliance" = speculation.
Both of them together = shameless pump.
Sorry, but that's nonsense, in my view. A, there's nothing these guys are doing that is so confidential; B, confidential information can be withheld from public filings, and C- I have never seen a company go dark before a takeover.
Successful companies that can afford to file reports don't go dark.
Yep, it is funny. But I don't mind whatever draws attention here because EIPC is far from a typical worthless penny pump - prospects for real revenues and success here, and they've managed the share structure about as well as could have been expected.
Yeah, it sounds great. But ask them how many they've sold in the YEARS that it has been available. As of their last SEC filing, it was ZERO.
I have been assured that this is a myth.
Looks like yesterdays dump of 60K didnt phase the buyer at all
Phasers weren't on stun!

That makes no sense. They have an operating business. No profits, but not a zombie.
About time they got around to releasing that! Now let's see if that lowlife Benz wants to issue a willfully erroneous "clarification."
Absolutely right. Nice find.
Do you have a reliable source for that, or any source for that matter?
It was a 100-share print at .01. I will leave it to others to speculate as to what the purpose might have been.
Top Secret Announcements Going Pubic !! eom
Truly incredible!
They are only describing the reverse split. A 2:1 forward split is equivalent to a dividend of one new share for every share held. This is the opposite - in effect, the loss of half a share for every share held as of the ex date.
That would be great, but there is absolutely no evidence of it. You are just making this stuff up.
A lot of excitement over one $49 trade, doncha think?
Lousy math skills. "some 60 publicly traded penny stock outfits have emerged"? There have been well over 100 for weeks.
I don't know what that means - can you explain?
There are no games being played - it's actually just the opposite. No market maker has any interest in providing liquidity or trying to trade it at the moment, so all you're seeing above .003 and below .075 are actual orders from actual people. If I owned any of this, I'd make sure to be the low offer in the .04s just in case some crazy person decided to buy from me.
Hey KS, did I neglect to tell you that I had a sandwich for lunch?
To keep this on topic... it looks like .35 is the new floor. Nothing wrong with that.
You're right slojab!
Pay up.

Those contracts are great!!!
We sure would fly Bud!!!
Better add a few more question marks, because there is no evidence of this whatsoever.
Yes, I did. As their last OTC Markets filing indicated, they have still not yet received a subpoena from the SEC, although they have requested one before they deliver documents.
That's all I'll say about this right now. We will have to let it play out.
I'd have to say pretty low, but if EIPC has good lawyers they can probably chase down some of it.
Nope, not gonna happen. Watch and learn.
BTW the last reverse split, six years ago under different (unrelated) management, has no relevance to the company today.
Notice of late filing of the annual report is now up on OTC Markets:
"The recent suspension of trading for ten(10) days has caused the Company to delay the issuance of the report to be a date no later than April 14, 2014. Management engaged an attorney to respond to any questions the Securities and Exchange Commission may have. To date the Company has not received a written request for information from the Commission."
You're right, no logic involved. Someone accidentally or ignorantly entered a market order rather than a limit order and cost himself a lot of money.
They may also be very close to insolvency. The point is, no one knows.
Might its' next stop be $20 ?
That stallion that was XXXX looks to be rearing its' head back up once again.

I'm amazed by how many of these there are.
They are equally likely to be in intensive negotiations with aliens from the planet Neptune.
Hope you could move some of the mother load as it went up today.
Oh yeah, obviously I didn't try to say everything that one could possibly say about the arrangement. You're right, from IMSC's standpoint, having someone willing to put in $20 million is unusual and a huge vote of confidence. And DMRJ still believes IMSC will succeed, so dropping into second position behind the new party is not a problem for them.
Keep in mind, though, that they're only subordinated to the extent of the new $20 million. They remain next in line, with a continuing security interest in all of IMSC's other assets, if things don't work out.
DMRJ has had a bigger position in IMSC than it wanted, for a much longer time period than it had originally anticipated. Even though they have been selling stock on an ongoing basis to keep their position somewhat manageable, this was an opportunity to take a big chunk of money off the table and reduce their risk - hard to resist.
Without the subordination, the new people would not have done the deal. Simple as that. DMRJ probably had the opportunity to restructure their own deal if they had wanted to, but this allows them to diversify. When we see who the new people are, we'll know if there is some benefit to IMSC other than just getting their cash.
You are up 125%! Go Rawnoc, it's your birthday!
