Would like to look into what NITE is doing is leagal

NITE and the other market makers are merely reflecting orders from their customers. If it appears that the chorus of "manipulation" has gotten louder here lately, it may be because those experienced traders who know better have become frustrated reading the conspiracy theories and have been visiting this board only rarely.

I see investors selling, and I think it's pretty clear that DMRJ has been selling all along. Maybe there has been some short-selling lately as well, but that is all fine and legal. Nothing that a drastic increase in orders and revenues can't cure.
