Bevmo VS LCBO (Liquor Control Board of Canada)
Since I don't live in Canada I was unfamiliar with LCBO. However I did some research and LCBO has nearly 6x (USD) the annual revenue that Bevmo does. Getting into this market will be BIG and potentially drive in massive sales! I think this could be bigger than the Bevmo deal! LCBO services 40% of the entire population of Canada with over 650 stores vs. 150+ Bevmo stores in California.
Taken from today's (5/26/17) PR: "Mr. Richard DeCicco stated, "We're working around the clock expanding the brand. I will be making presentations to the LCBO in Toronto in early June"

Thats great information to know, thanks!
How do you know they first presented in December? It looks like their sales up there are huge. Is this the equivalent of a Bevmo but for Canada?
That would be great! Are you from Toronto?
LCBO is a pretty big deal if you want to enter into the Ontario market. They retail and distribute to over 650 stores.
From Wiki:
The Liquor Control Board of Ontario (LCBO) is a Crown corporation that retails and distributes alcoholic beverages throughout the province of Ontario, Canada.[4] It is accountable to the Ontario Ministry of Finance.[4] It was established in 1927 on the advice of Ontario Premier Howard Ferguson, to sell liquor, wine, and beer.[5] Such sales had been banned outright in 1916;[6] thus, the creation of the LCBO marked an easing of the province's temperance regime (see Prohibition in Canada).
The LCBO maintains a "quasi-monopoly"[7] on alcoholic beverage sales in Ontario — Canada's most populous province with over 13 million people, or almost 40% of the nation's population — and as a result is one of the world's largest purchasers of alcoholic beverages.[8] LCBO stores are the only retail outlets licensed to sell alcohol in Ontario, with a few notable exceptions: beer is also sold by The Beer Store (which has a monopoly on retailing 12- and 24-bottle cases of beer),[7] and a number of local wine, beer and alcohol producers are licensed to sell their own brands outside the purview of LCBO stores. Many of these outlets are located at the wineries, breweries or distilleries themselves; certain wine retail shops are located within grocery stores.[9] The LCBO has also authorized some supermarkets to sell cider, wine and beer within their grocery aisles.[10][11]As of 9 December 2016, nearly 130 grocery stores had been licensed to do so; by 2020, a full 450 may be licensed.[12

That was just last month. You weren't sure on the connection so there you go. How about this one from last week: http://www.iconicbrandsusa.com/2017/news/iconics-christie-brinkley-bellissima-prosecco-expansion-continues-unabated-with-the-addition-of-earth-fare-markets/

Map Updated!! Shows distributors for each state!

Christies appearance on TV, Magazines or social media while promoting Bellissima have everything to do with ICNB. That's like saying a commercial for Rolaids has nothing to do with Johnson and Johnson. Do people who buy Rolaids all know or care that J&J produced the item? No, but does it still add to the bottom line and create revenue that support and help increase the PPS? Of course it does.
I wish they would remove the Yield sign on this one so I can but more through my Fidelity account. I wish Fidelity would just let me do what I wanted with my money!
Sure can, I have!
You know as well as I do that this is excellent exposure for the brand. This type of exposure leads to more sales, more sales will increase PPS.
Access Hollywood has an avg rating of 2.3, meaning 2.3 million households tune in to watch the show. Of that 1.2 are women ages 25-54 which is an excellent target audience for Bellissima. http://tvbythenumbers.zap2it.com/weekly-ratings/syndicated-tv-ratings-april-24-30-2017/
I wasn't expecting her appearance on TV to raise PPS but do expect that sales were created from this exposure. Ultimately higher sales revenue and profitability will lead to higher PPS.
You've apparently taken Trading 101 but perhaps you should consider taking other business courses to better understand how it all comes together. While you're at, you should also take Common Sense 101 as an elective.
nice thoughts but I disagree on one point. would you really be disappointed if Q1 showed 100%-125% gains in revenue but still fell under $1 mil in revenue? I would not be. The nationwide rollout was just getting started. Let's not set expectations so high that even with great revenue increases we are still disappointed.

I would love for an agreement to be in place... But the news said that they had been invited to present the product for final placement at one of the largest market chains in the second week in May. A presentation is not the same as an agreement. We may not hear the results of the presentation for a while. With that being said, they probably wouldn't have mentioned it if they didn't feel confident of the results.
I'd rather they split the news of any potential agreement from the financials and spread it out a bit. It would provide us with two separate items to continue to boost the pps.
Why today?
I agree with you but keep in mind that we sold 7000 cases in 8 weeks in Q4 or 3500 cases a month for two months. They said that sales were limited to product availability. Since then the company has stated that they can produce 30k cases a month. So product availability should not be an issue. At a minimum we should be looking at 10500 cases (3500 cases x 3 full months). We also began massive expansion in Q1, for example at the end of December CT had one store, it is now available through out the entire state and has been since early January. So I think its very possible that we could see sales of 7000 cases a month for three months of Q1 (21000 cases or over 1 million in revenue). I'd be very happy with that considering that Q1 was still in massive roll-out to about 15 more states. Regardless of the number of cases sold, (10500 and higher for Q1) we will see a large increase in sales.
Q2 will be very interesting because we have more than doubled the number of states that sell Bellissima. Expansion continues which is very positive. California for example would have only be selling for 2 months of Q2 and not a full 2 months at that. So I believe that we will continue to see an increase in sales for Q2 AND will also see further increase Q3 as more states are able to sell the product for the entire period of Q3 and additional expansion into other states and countries. We are in good shape here! A lot to look forward too... imo PPS will take care of itself as sales continue to increase by large percentages.
Between 10500 and 21000 cases which would be a great increase for Q1 considering the expansion to states was just getting started. Lets not set our expectations too high and become severely disappointed. If sales for Q1 fall somewhere along those lines I think we'd be in great shape moving into Q2 and beyond.
So you've gone in to ask the same manger each week if he's carried the product and yet he continues not to? I would never tell someone how to run their business but seems to me that if someone continuously asked me about a brand that I would make sure to have it in stock.
Back in January, I asked two stores by me if they carried it, when they said they didn't they asked if I wanted it, I said yes and they now both have it in stock.
Seems odd to continue visiting a store to look for a product without requesting it. just saying...
I'm expecting more than 5k cases but no where near 90k cases for Q1 since the 30k cases a month is what they can sell when they are fully distributed. I think at minimum were looking at 10k cases for Q1. I derived that from the fact they sold 7000 cases in 8 weeks at the end of last year or 3500 cases a month. In a three month period at the same rate of sales we would hope that they sold at least 10,500 cases. Keep in mind that 10500 cases assumes that they are selling to the same number of locations that they sold to in Q4 but we know that in Q1 they grew very quickly and in fact were distributed to hundreds more stores. I'm not sure what that will equate to in sales, none of us do, but I believe that Q1 sales will show a minimum of 10500 cases and anything over 21000 cases would be triple their sales from the previous quarter.
As we look down the road it's probably a safe bet that Q2 will exceed Q1, since there's been further expansion including California. Q3 should also exceed Q2 since each market that we know of will have an entire quarter of sales. Basically, we have a lot to look forward to as the company continues its aggressive expansion into new markets. imo
Great job adding to the board today. I'm giving you your first follow... not sure why you don't have one yet!

The map is updated through information given by distributors. Could be an error on the distributor's part. However, the store should be able to carry it if its requested from the distributor. I found the same thing happen at my local store a few months back. I requested it, the wine manager checked the system and saw that they could order it and did. They now carry it regularly. It's available in three local stores within a mile of my house.
Skinny Girl Comparison:
I can only speculate why investment banker would be needed to help grow ICNB but there has been discussion on a possible buy out on the boards and so I looked into the history of Skinny Girl which began in 2009. It looks like Skinny Girl sold to Beam around 2011 after the brand had sold somewhere between 100k to 150k cases. Following the sale of the company the brand continued to grow and had sold over 500k cases in 2011 and 850k cases 2012, in large part because Beam had the marketing power. I'm not sure if a buyout is in the cards at all or anytime soon but I do believe we will/can sell over 100k cases this year which may make us a target for a buyout. Even if we are not a target for a buy out, clearly the growth of Belissima could be tremendous as seen by Skinny Girl growing from 100k cases to 850K cases in a couple years. Also, keep in mind that at the start of Skinny Girl the company didn't have the connections and experience that ICNB already does, which is probably the reason why it took Skinny Girl two years to reach the 100k cases mark.

It's not yet. With such a low float this moves so easily. The real run will happen when volume picks up. That'll happen as we get closer to April 3. imo http://www.otcmarkets.com/edgar/GetFilingHtml?FilingID=11947252
