Really? Naptha = Gasoline?
What are the current Nymex prices for the following products from the JBI website?
Naptha
No 6 Fuel - Boiler Fuel
No 2 Fuel - Furnace Oil/Diesel
Diesel(needs to be blended)
When is the AGM?
I am very much looking forward to this years AGM

Without knowing what JBI is producing, the numbers in the equations are meaningless as are the volume assumptions. Revenue is one number, what is the cost to generate that revenue?
Lets see how your numbers stack up with what is known.
Right now it's 2000lbs/hr = 109 bbls /day.
30days/mo * 75% up time = 22.5 productions days a month
109 bbl/day * 22.5 = 2452 bbls/mo per machine.
2 machines operating now = 4905 bbl/mo
4905 bbl sold at $109.80 = $538569.
$538569 revenues per month for two machines operating at 100% production rate.
With 3 machines operating that number goes up to 2452 * 3 = 7356 bbl/mo.
7356 bbl * $109.80/bbl = $807688 per month.
Once the Solid Waste permit modification is approved that number should double to $1,615,377 per month revenues.
$1,615,377 per month * 3 months = $4,846,131 per quarter
is close to your estimate of $5,000,000 a quarter.
That does assume all three machines are online and running at the maximum expected up time at a feed rate of 4000lbs/hr.
If anything is not running at 100% that number would be lower.
Since we don't have #3 on line and the SW permit has not been granted it is not possible for the 2nd quarter numbers to be that high. 3rd quarter maybe. It certainly would be very nice to see.
9 days and counting down...
FIRST QUARTER NUMBERS DUE!!

REVENUE? WE'LL SEE ON THURSDAY OF NEXT WEEK. (if it's not late)
WILL JBI BREAK OUT THE FUEL FROM THE CARDBOARD?
Sorry about that. Long time since I took 3rd grade math. Thanks for catching that.
127,507 restricted shares added to the OS last week, float unchanged.
Last week the stock issuances to the two Directors and the CFO hadn't been added to the OS.
30,000 + 30,000 + 39,465 = 99,465 accounted for
127,507 - 99,465 = 28,042 unaccounted for.
Plugging $1.07 into a calculator gives a number ($30,005) which also happens to be last Thursday's closing price. Interesting.
Quote:a nice round number ($30,005)
that number may be nice but it is not round---lmao!!!
They are called TRADES. Buy/Sell. They're betting that there will be at least one more surge to take their profits. It's happened during the pipes and other "key" disclosures from JBI. It's all about the timing.
Yes, this is true. Someone (as I have been saying over and over!) is accumulating shares!!!! If all the market makers are losing shares, where are they going!? SOMEBODY HAS TO BE BUYING THEM ALL!!! Who would buy millions of shares despite all of the crap people are talking on JBII? A PROFESSIONAL FIRM WHO KNOWS BETTER!!!

Red. Below a Buck. Volume and price continues on the downward trend for the year. 10Q is due out next week. SEC has a complaint. Auditors had an adverse opinion and made a ton of money. The CEO made more than a buck. Not looking too good.
Margins. Cost of Sales. That's what matters. Cost of business is very high for a 'start-up'. The 10K/A yesterday spelling out the compensation and the audit fees. Wow. Just wowin'
Keep in mind fuel is being made and shipped and that's all that matters....the rest is just background noise.....just noisein'
10Q DUE NEXT THURSDAY.
What is a customary audit fee for a OTC stock under SEC scrutiny?

Has there been a trading suspension?
No. The whole premise of this company was they could make fuel for $10.00 a barrel. Huge profits. That's what the promise has been since 2009.
what will truly set JBI
apart from all the other
competitors is their low to
no plastic 2 oil emmisions
having independant labs and the
Department of Environmental Conservation verify
these claims as true I
believe p20 will eradicate any
competitors and I say this
based soley on the emmissions
bar raised by team JBI
making the second best trail
in p20's global shadow
Do something about it. Vote. As a public company shareholders have a vote for directors.
That compensation is ridiculous. Wasn't it $1.00 per year until things got going? Oh wait - the directors voted to pay him. I'd like to see the compensation of the other officers and management. The expenses for JBI are very high compared to the R&D.
Too bad the new Say-on-pay isn't being used here.
http://www.sec.gov/news/press/2011/2011-25.htm
Wow - that is totally ridiculous! What was there to audit?
After he doubled them. It's in the filings. Gave himself a bunch of shares then returned them. Whoopee.
TRTN/310?
So do your certs say JBI or John Bordynuik, Inc.?
Which offering did you participate in? John Bordynuik, Inc.(Ontario), Expedite 2?
Proxy is due out today. Will it include information about say on pay and the date of the annual meeting?
What if they wrote off the media credits but still used them? Here are some examples of articles where they might have been used. Then again, JBI could have paid NewUSA for these articles.

That's funny!
Not always about the need. If people are working 18 hours a day - they might want them. Didn't someone say JB was working 18 hours a day?
$217,658. That's my guess for the 10Q. It might include some cardboard. They probably had to shut #1 down to set up #2. Might have been down for a month or more. We'll know when the Q comes out in 10 days or so.
Domark booked them as an intangible asset. JBI booked them as a tangible asset, had a large PIPE and then restated the assets immediately afterwards. The SEC recognized the difference.
With that in mind it could be aboot anywhere from $1 to $1000 a barrel? The 10Q will be out May 10th. We should have a better idea then if they break out the cardboard from the liquid. And include expenses.
I think Bordynuik said "Aboot $10.00 a barrel." In pinksheet CEO parlance...the word aboot can offer a lot of latitude
I appreciate your letting us know where you got your expertise and acknowledging the self-acclaimed refinery expert. Bravo.
So are you saying it's only $5.00/barrel to product P20?
Profitability is a no brainer -- It costs us less than $5 per barrel to refine crude oil into various products.

The old movies were wonderful in their sarcasm. WC Fields, Mae West, John Wayne, Humphrey Bogart. All were expert at delivering sarcasm. You might want to rent some of their old movies. Especially African Queen with Humphrey Bogart and Katharine Hepburn, lot's of uncalled for condescending sarcasm in that one!
Nobody writes my posts for me even though I occasionally steal some content and one-liners from other people's posts (and quite often from movies) that I thought were good. However, if you know of somebody capable of writing in a more sarcastic, condesending, and totally uncalled for matter, I would love an introduction.
$10.00/barrel? Time will tell. I've seen these 'comparisons' before. Makes me laugh.
"What? JBII has a catalyst that efficiently turns waste plastic into Diesel??? Can't be. Must be a scam."
"Study history." Add JBII to this list.
Is that just P2O? Not including cardboard or any other business?
Looks like average is in the 380-420 range
The SEC should be done with discovery by then - maybe sooner. That will give us a much better idea of where we're at. Unless the OSC files a complaint, that could drag things out. And then there is the derivative lawsuit. And a class action still open. I'm sure the Kidd suit will be done by then.
Lets just wait for the next couple of quarters and see where we're at.
I know that's not a very exciting sounding plan but it's the plan.
JB already had a shell: Expedite 2. Why did he need another one?
In 2006 JB incorporated John Bordynuik, Inc.(aka JBI)in Ontario.
In 2007 JB incorporated John Bordynuik, Inc.(aka JBI) in Delaware.
In 2007 Expedite 2 files a registration statement.
In 2008 John Bordynuik, Inc.(Delaware)buys Expedite 2.
In 2009 John Bordynuik, Inc. (Ontario) is reverse mergered into Expedite2/John Bordynuik, Inc.(Delaware)
In 2009 JB officially changes the name of Expedite 2 to John Bordynuik, Inc.(Delaware)
In 2009 JB bought 310 Holdings(Nevada)
In 2009 310 Holdings buys John Bordynuik, Inc.(Delaware)
In 2009 310 buys Javeco, Media Credits and Pak-it.
In 2009 310 Holdings files an amendment to the articles of incorporation changing the name of 310 Holdings to JBI, Inc. a Nevada corporation.
JB went from nothing in assets to over 22 million in a few months with several company name changes and a couple of shells. That's the flag. It's all in SEC filings. All signed by JB.
The SEC doesn't care about P2O.
Why are there no news releases from RKT regarding their agreement with JBI? No mention in any filings or conference calls. Nothing. Odd.
10Q DUE OUT MAY 10th
Sorry, it's a trade secret. If I got a patent, everyone would be making tiny little changes and copying it.
can you prove any of the horseshit flying around here?
JBII
MBOT
OK. So John got those shares. What happened to the shareholders of John Bordynuik, Inc an Ontario Corporation that reverse mergered into John Bordynuik, Inc. a Delaware Corporation/Expedite2 when John sold John Bordynuik, Inc. a Delaware Corporation to JBI, Inc? Did they get any shares of JBI, Inc.? How was that handled?
don't really think anyone has to, those shares as far as I can tell were issued for assets that John sold the company, and were issued as indirect, which I believe means personal shares, if that's the case, he can do anything he wants with them...
Quote:Can you show me where the 809,953 shares went in a filing?
Can you show me where the 809,953 shares went in a filing?
That was the year he only got paid $1.00 right?
Since John didn't "own" them, they were probably sold in the $7.00 range by John Bordynuik, Inc. the Ontario company.
What happened to the 809,593 shares issued to JBI Delaware? Maybe the investigations will throw some light on that?
Not sure about ham radio. Here is what I found regarding webcast annual meetings.

No can do. As a public company in the US, they are required by law to have an AGM.
