What are the current Nymex prices for the following products from the JBI website?

Naptha
No 6 Fuel - Boiler Fuel
No 2 Fuel - Furnace Oil/Diesel
Diesel(needs to be blended)

Without knowing what JBI is producing, the numbers in the equations are meaningless as are the volume assumptions. Revenue is one number, what is the cost to generate that revenue?

Lets see how your numbers stack up with what is known.

Right now it's 2000lbs/hr = 109 bbls /day.

30days/mo * 75% up time = 22.5 productions days a month

109 bbl/day * 22.5 = 2452 bbls/mo per machine.

2 machines operating now = 4905 bbl/mo

4905 bbl sold at $109.80 = $538569.

$538569 revenues per month for two machines operating at 100% production rate.

With 3 machines operating that number goes up to 2452 * 3 = 7356 bbl/mo.

7356 bbl * $109.80/bbl = $807688 per month.

Once the Solid Waste permit modification is approved that number should double to $1,615,377 per month revenues.

$1,615,377 per month * 3 months = $4,846,131 per quarter

is close to your estimate of $5,000,000 a quarter.

That does assume all three machines are online and running at the maximum expected up time at a feed rate of 4000lbs/hr.

If anything is not running at 100% that number would be lower.

Since we don't have #3 on line and the SW permit has not been granted it is not possible for the 2nd quarter numbers to be that high. 3rd quarter maybe. It certainly would be very nice to see.
