Do something about it. Vote. As a public company shareholders have a vote for directors.

That compensation is ridiculous. Wasn't it $1.00 per year until things got going? Oh wait - the directors voted to pay him. I'd like to see the compensation of the other officers and management. The expenses for JBI are very high compared to the R&D.

Too bad the new Say-on-pay isn't being used here.
