The SEC should be done with discovery by then - maybe sooner. That will give us a much better idea of where we're at. Unless the OSC files a complaint, that could drag things out. And then there is the derivative lawsuit. And a class action still open. I'm sure the Kidd suit will be done by then.



Lets just wait for the next couple of quarters and see where we're at.

I know that's not a very exciting sounding plan but it's the plan.
