127,507 restricted shares added to the OS last week, float unchanged.

Last week the stock issuances to the two Directors and the CFO hadn't been added to the OS.

30,000 + 30,000 + 39,465 = 99,465 accounted for

127,507 - 99,465 = 28,042 unaccounted for.

Plugging $1.07 into a calculator gives a number ($30,005) which also happens to be last Thursday's closing price. Interesting.
