Higher Value? Cheap Catalyst? No expensive Energy? Then why aren't they making money?
Why use 2000 lb/hour limit during the presentation? Can you show me any proof that it has doubled? Or is that just forward thinking?
What is half as much up time? What is full time up time? How many hours a week is the one processor running? W
Can you explain the cost breakdown in the $10/barrel? What does that $10.00 include?
Will they be producing a video again this year?
Hope someone takes pictures!
Seems there was always a PIPE going on before the previous AGM's. That would tend to boost prices. No PIPE this year? PIPE's always tend to get this going up.
Click your JBII link on your post. Why they picked companies with huge debt is beyond me.
Jbi (QB CE) Company Description
JBI, Inc. is transitioning to become a global technology leader whose purpose is to mine data from JBI's large information archive, find under-productive entities to inject our superior proprietary technologies into, and benefit from increased productivity and profitability, beginning with Plastic2Oil. JBI's plastic2Oil operation has refined the process for converting plastic to oil with the incorporation of a reusable chemical catalyst. Unlike other attempts at this process, JBI's unique solution make Plastic2Oil extremely efficient and economically viable. While planning for the build-out of P2O JBI acquired JAVACO, a telecommunications infrastructure company with a strong presence in Central and South America as well as PAK-IT, LLC a manufacturer of patented water soluble cleaning chemical sachets. Both companies provide revenues to grow the P2O roll out as well as contribute unique components for use in the process.

Is JBI lying in a filing signed by Kevin Rauber?
As of the June 15, 2012 there were 88,883,567 shares of common stock of the Company, issued and outstanding and entitled to vote representing approximately 618 holders of record.

June 15th 2012 there were 618 holders of record. We'll never know how many attended the AGM last year.
Only stockholders of record as of the close of business on June 15, 2012 (the “Record Date”) will be entitled to notice and vote at the Annual Meeting and any adjournment or postponement thereof. As of the June 15, 2012 there were 88,883,567 shares of common stock of the Company, issued and outstanding and entitled to vote representing approximately 618 holders of record. In addition, 1,000,000 Series A Super Voting Preferred Shares are issued and outstanding, all of which are held by Mr. John Bordynuik, an employee of the Company and, until recently, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, President and Chairman of the Board of Directors. The Series A Super Voting Preferred Shares entitle the holder to one hundred (100) times the number of votes that holders of common stock are entitled to on all matters submitted to stockholders for their action or consideration. Stockholders may vote in person or by proxy. Each holder of shares of common stock is entitled to one vote for each share of stock held on the proposals presented in this Proxy Statement. The Company’s bylaws provide that a majority of all the shares of stock entitled to vote, whether present in person or represented by proxy, shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business at the Annual Meeting. The enclosed Proxy reflects the number of shares that you are entitled to vote. Shares of common stock may not be voted cumulatively.

Volume is under 10K. 9 trades today. Not a lot of buying and selling of all the shares.
There are just over 600 total shareholders.
Shareholders = 600+ not 5000.
Not sure why housekeeping has anything to do with the number of shareholders.
No trades for the last hour+ for the day. Trading halted?
So the SEC is filing frivolous complaints?
It's only 20 minutes from the DEC office to 20 Iroquois. Do you have a link to all of the unannounced visits? Maybe someone from the DEC office lives in the area and noticed humming or vapors coming from the facility and decided to check it out. Hmmm.
Shareholders of Record 617 a/o Mar 19, 2012
How could you tell? The place is a pigsty. Even the engineering report posted earlier said JBI had housekeeping issues.

We've been over this. Now it's up for technical review and public comments. Do you think they've put all the plastic away that was in the yard?
Not much volume.
I can't seem to find his name on any filings? Do you have a link showing he is an investor?
Any news. Been awhile. The share price reflects the current frustration. The recent pipe didn't seem to do much. Pipes are not news.
Was he part of the "Referral agreement" team? Not much happened with that - except maybe the totally lopsided agreement with RockTenn.
Smurf-it had nothing to lose. Did the referral agreement transfer when they were bought by RockTenn?
JB thinks too small. JB's stuck with the locals and still can't get repeat business. It's all about the family blending facility, hiring friends, etc. With the money that's being spent, JB should have made presence at these conferences a priority. JMHO.
He did take the entire staff to the African thing a couple of years ago. Not sure how that helped?
It could be the janitor. Only the CFO will know who the person is but the CFO won't know these company secrets. The Plastic2Oil Trade Secrets consist of know-how, formulas, designs and catalyst compositions.
Effective May 15, 2012, John Bordynuik resigned from his positions as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and President and was appointed Chief of Technology, a non-executive position.

JB is NOT a CTO. He's a CoT. CTO implies he's an officer.
And the plan is NOT to make JBI a household name.
Any word on the AGM?
What happens to all of these properties should corporate get moved?
Which entity owns the corporate office at 1783 Allanport Rd?
What did they pay for the property?
Which entity owns the 8 acres at 20 Iroquois?
What did they pay for the property?
Which entity owns the blending faciity at 1776 Allanport Rd?
What did they pay for the property?
JBI(Canada)leased the recycling facility at 1786 Allanport Rd.
Lease is for 20 years and $11K+ per month.

Rock-Tenn Co.'s $3.5 billion takeover of Smurfit-Stone Container Corp. means the loss of a Fortune 500 company in the St. Louis area and the coveted jobs that accompany its headquarters.
..........
Half of Smurfit's 800 local jobs are at a container plant in Chesterfield and a recycling plant in north St. Louis, and those jobs are not immediately affected by the acquisition. But the remaining half are jobs at the company's Creve Coeur headquarters, which will be restructured as a result of the takeover.
The most immediate local impact will be on the top Smurfit executives living here. Those job functions will shift to Norcross, where Smurfit-Stone will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary under the Rock-Tenn brand name, Rock-Tenn's Chairman and CEO James Rubright said in a phone interview with the Post-Dispatch. The Smurfit-Stone name will disappear.
The companies wouldn't say what would happen to about 400 positions at the local headquarters. Some back-office or administration functions may remain in Creve Coeur and Chicago, Rubright said.
The combined companies are expected to save $150 million by cutting corporate overhead costs and other expenses over the next two years..............

Rock Tenn has facilities in St. Louis and the old Smurfit HQ is there.
Mr. Rauber has a large family. I doubt his children would want to move.
Longer.
