Yeah, well, I've been hearing "why are you hear if you don't own shares" long before it was dead. lol.
Glad we both agree now that it is dead though.
Do you discuss stocks that you are interested in buying but haven't purchased yet?
The "saving days" are long gone.
I was trying to help save people from being stuck in a dead stock for over half a year.
After the revocation the saving days are done. We are now just discussing the dead scam.
I thought someone fairly recently pulled up a list of the shares that were shorted and it wasn't much of anything.
I understand that with almost every penny scam (at least everyone I have witnessed) blaming "shorty" is usually over-used to justify a stock falling. I understand why since admitting dilution or a dump doesn't help with unloading, but I believe this time around there isn't enough evidence to suggest that shorting was an issue.
In the extremely high unlikeliness that this one ever trades again I don't believe there will be many people buying period. I believe it will be a huge struggle to just get out even.
I never said they should have posted anything before completing all of that. I only ask why the suspension changed the game (as you put it).
I just don't understand how LAHO getting suspended affected the audit process that was almost complete prior to the suspension. I mean maybe after the suspension they had to restart the process. That is very possible, but I don't know for sure about that.
I just don't understand how they could claim to have the audit completed in such a quick time BEFORE the suspension but after the suspension it suddenly takes forever to get them finished. That doesn't make sense to me. The company hired to complete them aren't dealing with all the other things that David is (Form 10, counting investors money, ordering martini's at the private island, etc.). So they should have completed it by now.
They got suspended 6 days before that and the game completely changed. That’s why.
Well wake me up when it happens ok. Then I'll talk about stem cell research with ya.
My sister had stem cells put in her knee; she is going to have them for her back too, because it worked for her knee! She is going to walk "AGAIN"! Yes chunky-g-I believe LAHO will be back. CHEERS! ;)
Yes, we will
I seen garbage stocks come out of grey and start trading with mm’s again
This will make it back 100% !!!
Just got to wait and that is why 180 days were extended, not 90 days
DUH !!!!!
There were actually a lot of things posted in several PR's.
Let's play a game of "how many of those things actually happened".
I'll go first:
1. They said they agreed to revocation and they followed through on it.
2. ?
Now your turn. Good luck!
Amazing what a little blue and yellow paint and some guys wearing hard hats can accomplish.
Oh I totally agree with you. I have always preferred both sides of the story. You really can't make a good decision without them both.
I also know that some here don't like me personally. (Mainly because I don't have the same opinion), but like you said, you can always ignore so anyone running away from here to start up a positive opinion safe space for LAHO just sounds strange to me lol.
Well my post wasn't about you. I mean you are still here.
Just a comment on that link in general based on what I had heard.
Well I was told a few weeks ago that most people went to yahoo finance and started a discussion group for LAHO there. So I am assuming that is the link you shared.
They also told me everyone went there due to all the negative speak and I just found it funny that them thinking that ignoring the negative opinions will somehow make the stocks outcome change lol.
Yeah I heard a while back that a lot of people went over there because in their minds if they don't hear bad news then everything is roses LOL.
I guess they honestly believe our negative opinions are keeping the stock dead.
Sorry, but it doesn't matter how many "safe spaces" are created, it will never change the reality of LAHO.
I disagree. I think it has everything to do with Dave. Knowing that he is actually a successful Executive with a proven track record makes the LAHO/GSCG merger more likely to happen.
Wow, people still believe that lie.
Even after all these months of nothing. No wonder that scam people. It is so easy.
Well in a fairness my post are equally obsessed over. I mean I literally had to add "focus on the stock, not on me in my signature" LOL.
I haven't even posted in several days here and then I come back and it's all about g0nz0 once again.
I personally would be more concerned about an obsession over a poster than over a stock lol
I can't figure out why I get asked that every single day lol.
Have you ever had an opinion on something you don't own?
And yet not a peep from the company since the last PR right after the suspension.
The stock was revoked and nothing but crickets since then.
I wish I could say that the number of Instagram followers and how a website looks could change the reality of things, but it doesn't.
LAHO is gone. RIP.
Well I kind of remember hearing that some would admit that I was right if it got halted (now I am hearing sometimes next year lol) and I would admit I was wrong if the merger happened.
I'll keep my end of the bargain. I don't expect others will.
Well I have been for a long time, you know this. So why would I leave now? I spent a lot of time here predicting this doomsday scenario, do you think I am going to leave after it comes true?
I HAVE to be here when that 180 days comes and goes. Then I'll probably move on afterwards. I'm sure I'll never hear "you were right, thank you for trying to warn us" from anyone, but I'll know that deep on the inside most know it once this thing remains dead long enough.
......and still here talking about a dead stock.
In all Fairness....What Benito has to gain If the Merger do not Finalize???.....
No, by "us" I mean the people who were not new to penny scam stocks. The people who weren't gullible and saw red flags while others saw carrots.
Those who knew the day was coming that this "stock" would stop trading and were eventually the ones who were correct.
US being the ones who definitely didn't take the bait and still defend the scam to this day.
Yes. The bad part is I warned about the R/S and it was ignored. THEN the company basically gave investors a little bit of a heads up by slipping in some advance warning to the R/S.
So in the end they were kind enough to give everyone time to get the hell out of dodge before they cashed out but for some crazy reason some stayed in. SMH.
You are correct though that it did continue to trade a little after the R/S went through. But as predicted the volume faded as most of the trading was from those already invested in an attempt to keep the scam looking alive.
After the 180 days comes and goes what will the new "theory" be on why we haven't heard from them?
Just curious.
People who claim that this won't trade again can't answer even the most SIMPLE questions such as,,, Why is Fruci and Company CPA still doing the Audit for LAHO?
or, , Why would they put out a PR 5 days after the suspension telling shareholders they'd quickly re-register their shares and finish the merger with Global Stem Cells Group as planned which is a deal that makes all the money so far look like peanuts!!???
And post it on Stem Cells site AND LAHO site!?
Why would LAHO scam anyone, all the people involved are squeaky clean and loaded to the gills already!!??? It would be one thing for just LAHO and Dave to PR the 180 day extension but for Benito and Global Stem Cells Group to put it on their site means EVERYTHING to me!!
Ok, well neither side has any evidence. Fair enough.
But just going on purely speculation what would an unbiased outside party think if told the story of LANS Holding?
If we told a random person on the street the play by play of what happened to this stock what do you think they would think?
I don't have any PROOF that "John Smith" from the IRS was really a scammer but I am 99% he was lying to me when he said I have to pay my past due taxes with google play cards. I also once had a friend come over when I was younger and he was the only visitor I had that day. The CD I was PLAYING before he got there magically vanished from the stereo. Of course I never SAW him do it so I didn't have any evidence but I still accused him. (Oh, he eventually came clean and confessed to stealing it).
If a person always need solid evidence to see a scam they have a lot to learn in life.
Sure, you just shoot me over the evidence that anything David said was real. Considering NOTHING he said ever happened I'll wait for your evidence. Then I'll provide mine ok.
Yeah I agree. It is fun to visually imagine him in the cash box.
I don't find it funny that all those who bought into his dream got robbed, but at the same time they had plenty of red flag warnings. I still hate it though so I am not laughing at their expense.
Just making fun of the criminals running this scam.
Well he is a little too busy to respond back. He is still counting his money right now.
I picture this little kid in one of those money machines that blow cash all around and you have to grab it.
You have to admit that putting a completely wrong address would look extremely suspicious. But leaving off the suite number is just enough to prevent getting that notice from the SEC.
Then he could easily play dumb later but if we all looked at the SEC paperwork and saw and entirely wrong address all together investors would be coming after him.
Come on man you have to see my point!
Anytime I run into an old friend that I don't really want to talk to IRL and they ask for my number I have a trick I always pull. I give them my number but flip the last two digits.
Why do I do this instead of just giving them fake digits? Well some people will add you immediately and text you on the fly so you can add them to your contacts. So I do that so if that happen to pull that on me I can just say "no, you put the last two numbers in wrong, it is "xxxx".
Get what I mean.
he suite number was wrong. Hardly a deceptive move. Stupid oversight? Sure. But not deceptive.
until then everything posted is speculation and opinions, unless tangible evidence is provided.
David didn't even know his full address for two of his offices.
He failed to get current for 2 years.
He released a PR and diluted the stock so hard he almost maxed out the entire SS.
Yeah, smart guy. Investors are definitely in good hands. LOL
Not really considering they were 2 years delinquent and had already received a final notice back in March.
I don't think they would of been suspended if shorty didn't panic and call the SEC.
