Well as stated in all of my post (in the signature) everything I post is my opinion. Well not everything. If I post links to something showing news, etc then those post of obviously me sharing facts.

As for this company being a scam of course it is just an opinion. Much like anything you hear about how it will return, trade again, be huge when it comes back. Those are also opinion.

Nothing wrong with people giving their opinions. That is what the hub is for.

Without more evidence and proof I can't say this is a scam 100%. I am only saying based on what I see and considering this is a penny stock I believe the odds are high on this stock being one. I believe deeply that they PR'd to dilute. They made millions in revenue from all that dilution. (That part is a fact). David providing an incorrect address for both offices (is a fact).

Now the SEC shutting them down being all part of their plan is my opinion.
