You have to admit that putting a completely wrong address would look extremely suspicious. But leaving off the suite number is just enough to prevent getting that notice from the SEC.

Then he could easily play dumb later but if we all looked at the SEC paperwork and saw and entirely wrong address all together investors would be coming after him.

Come on man you have to see my point!

Anytime I run into an old friend that I don't really want to talk to IRL and they ask for my number I have a trick I always pull. I give them my number but flip the last two digits.

Why do I do this instead of just giving them fake digits? Well some people will add you immediately and text you on the fly so you can add them to your contacts. So I do that so if that happen to pull that on me I can just say "no, you put the last two numbers in wrong, it is "xxxx".

Get what I mean.
