They got suspended 6 days before that and the game completely changed. That’s why.

Why did it change the game though? I mean if they were already that close to having them done it shouldn't have changed their process.

All the auditors had to do was pick back up where they left off. Getting suspended doesn't change the companies financials. I mean in reality they shouldn't have even had to stop working on them.

Lets just say out of fairness that they had to start all over from scratch. Well look at how quickly they were claiming to get them out the first time BEFORE the suspension. Why is it now taking 3x the required time to complete them? The auditors aren't dealing with the suspension. They are independent.

Nothing going on with David and Lans Holding should be affecting their progress at all. I am sure they already have all the banker boxes full of documents and should be wrapping things up. Well, should have WRAPPED things up a long time ago I meant.... and don't even get me started with the Form 10 that they still haven't filled out.

Sure, that is unrelated but I am just pointing out how they haven't completed either in how many months now?
