he suite number was wrong. Hardly a deceptive move. Stupid oversight? Sure. But not deceptive.

I only said it was a fact (and not an opinion) that he did supply the incorrect information.

Now do I also happen to find that shady? Yes.
Why you might be wondering?

He just happen to leave off the suite number at BOTH locations. The one in Florida and the one in Texas. I mean I don't know about you but I would know if I owned an entire building or if my offices were in a suite/unit.

Now could he have accidentally left it off? I guess it is possible but to have him "accidentally" forget the suite numbers for BOTH locations just seems suspicious.

Which is the reason I believe having the SEC close the stock was all part of his masterplan. I believe he figured out a way to shutdown the merger by using the SEC as the cover. I mean you have to admit in the penny market game we have seen crazier things and there have been other stocks that have pulled this same tactic.

They just run the PR, dilute like crazy and make tons of money, then sit back and wait for the SEC to shut it down so he didn't have to. David knows that if he cancelled the merger it would bring major heat on him. BUT if the SEC hammers it then he can play the victim card and pretend he had nothing but the best intentions and it was all just one big mistake. Then he drops that last PR to let everyone know he is the good guy and he will fix this problem.

Basically extending things until the first quarter of next year. Long enough to have people finally cool down and take their focus off of him. (Yet those who lost THOUSANDS in this stock will NEVER forget). Of course this is all my opinion and you have to admit that it would be a great plan.

If he never follows through on that Form 10 would that be convincing enough to make you believe that he had NO INTENTIONS of fixing this problem and would it possibly make you believe the revocation was all in his master plan? I believe personally that if I still had faith in this stock and I later find out he never did anything to reassign it I would then admit it was very possibly a scam out of the gate!

MY POST ARE MY PERSONAL OPINION ON THE STOCK. DO YOUR OWN DD BEFORE BUYING AND SELLING!

PLEASE FOCUS ON THE STOCK AND NOT ON ME PERSONALLY
