People who claim that this won't trade again can't answer even the most SIMPLE questions such as,,, Why is Fruci and Company CPA still doing the Audit for LAHO?

Well to be fair they only confirmed that they were hired to do it and basically said that was all they could says about it. Who really knows if they are still working on it! The question I am more interested in is why haven't they completed it? I mean didn't they hired them LONG BEFORE the suspension. They should have had it complete before the SEC stepped in and yet here we are months later and still NADA.

or, , Why would they put out a PR 5 days after the suspension telling shareholders they'd quickly re-register their shares and finish the merger with Global Stem Cells Group as planned which is a deal that makes all the money so far look like peanuts!!???

We have actually answered that question many times. Most of us believe it was just a sugar coating they wanted to put on it to keep the pitchforks and torches at bay for a while. They knew investors were pissed and would talk about lawsuits. So what better way to buy some time to plan your escape than lying about how "everything will be all fixed so don't worry. Just go trade some other stocks and forget all about this one for a while". Just more smoke and mirrors.

And post it on Stem Cells site AND LAHO site!?

Why would LAHO scam anyone, all the people involved are squeaky clean and loaded to the gills already!!??? It would be one thing for just LAHO and Dave to PR the 180 day extension but for Benito and Global Stem Cells Group to put it on their site means EVERYTHING to me!!

I will agree with you on that. Penny Stock Scam rarely make any sense at all. It all comes down to greed in the end. Some people just never have enough money. Maybe one day he will explain to investors on why he screwed them over, but at the moment he's been very quiet. Not a single update on anything. Not a peep!

I know if I were David and I knew my investors were sweating it out (due to my mistake) I would post SOMETHING. Even if it were just a simple reminder that progress was being made.

For some reason though he vanished..... just like they all do.
