Insider disputes will never be settled in days or weeks. It will take time, but, by then, most of the share value would be washed off. Sorry, that is the bitter truth....

This ticker will get the Control Dispute symbol very soon from OTC Markets. This recalls VTNL and it has the same symbol. Even at one time(Dec 2016) their share was trading at .75 and now it is at .0007. (Disclosure records have been removed from Dec2016 to March 2017). It will be so pathetic if the same fate happen to this.

If this is true, that tells a big story....
1. Family disputes lead to ruin the business.
2. Most of the cases ended up in winding up the business
3. If that happens here,shareholders will be at a greater risk

Also the annual report reveals that Penny Griffin has a stake of 23% of share holding.

This is my personal opinion; It is not worth to keep this share at this point. This might go further down in coming days.

Isn't that a dilution of the shares when they issue shares to settle the Past Due debts? Where they have shares to pay this? They need to increase the AS.I don't see any good for share holders.

Some thing big should be happening with VPOR. Otherwise there is no reason to change the price this low. Are there any bad rumors going on?

What has happened to their share reduction program as announced on 04/17/2017? Was that some fake information to get the share price increased?

Thanks for this post !!! I am not a short or long... But, I am still trying to find a good entry point. But, with all the revenues expecting and new businesses, why the stock price is going down? Are they issuing more shares leaving dilution of the shares or another attempt of misleading shareholders? At this point, the only remedy they will have, to give a good shareholder value, is going for a R/S. This is just my opinion.

There should be a correlation between PKGM and SPCL. End of 2016 this PKGM ran from .0001 to .0030 while SPCL was it's upward run. Definetly this is going to be huge!!!

Very disappointing share. More dilution . Increased A/S to 10Bn. This might go to .0001 and eventually a R/S will be coming on it's way.

This is a good buy at this price. No more dilution. Low float. Recently up listed to OTC QB. This may be a start of a bull run....
This reminds me GIG.. It was trading at .01 in Dec 2016 and suddenly dropped to .0018. Within one month, it started sky rocketing and shot up to .22 within 3 or 4 months. I missed that opportunity. But I will not miss this one.... I am in....
