If this is true, that tells a big story....
1. Family disputes lead to ruin the business.
2. Most of the cases ended up in winding up the business
3. If that happens here,shareholders will be at a greater risk

Also the annual report reveals that Penny Griffin has a stake of 23% of share holding.
