While it's hard to believe that Harry can be so blind, I tend to agree with you... although some of his more outrageous excuses make me think twice.
"...you should put those suckers on a "shoot on sight" list."
We think alike. LOL
"Read some of Xenophon posts. He's done everything but slap MP in the face. If Xenophon's posts weren't true, do you think MP would take all that laying down?"
I said that a long time ago RA.
If I was invested I would have demanded that Philips take the appropriate action to protect the integrity of the company. The fact that he did nothing says it all.
The only damage control we saw was Ontheedge and a few others try to discredit the truth being exposed with denials, straight out lies, fabricated stories and fake emails. In fact, some of the stories were so unbelievably stupid I wondered why MP ever allowed them to continue posting.
Then there's Harry the apologist! LOL
On the other hand, I do believe that he is on a list... several of them.
Paige, I have some terrible news for you.
I'm beginning to get the impression that your de facto CEO, Malcolm Philips, is not on Xeno's Christmas card list! LOL
Xeno, so what are you trying to say? LOL!
"Does he really have a bowl cut?"
If not, only a snip or two away from true bowlhood. Assumming, of course, the picture in the link posted by lmorovan is really MP.
What caught my eye immediately was the sneaky, untrustworthy look of the person in the picture. That... and the bad dye job.
IMO, the look doesn't fit the voice from the CC nor the ability to hawk millions in PP's.
I guess that don't make no nevermind when you market into a religious affinity group- especially your own religion and congregation.
Ahhhh... I do remember that now. Will do.
"I notice you blame the BOD as to making poor choices. What information do we/you have that allows us to question their moves?"

Jenn, what the shareholders need is an independent audit of the books. After the Loch fiasco I can't believe that anyone could give these crooks carte blanche again.
I'm sure it wouldn't be to difficult to determine which rabbit holes the money went down.
And if I was one of the PP investors that took the bait, I'd be organizing another derivative action about this time.
Lyin' sunsabiches.
Why's that?
Yes Paige it is well documented, CDEX had a sub-contract as stated in the SEC filings.
CDEX is not interested in letting shareholders know who the prime contractor was.
Just like they're not too interested in letting us know the results of the meth gun testing.
You'll know when testing is complete when they're shrink wrapped and ready for shipment"

That's as interesting as the Army contract you can't seem to find Paige.

Here's your posts Drumbah. There's only a PR, no reference to anything confirming an Army contract.

And still Paige continues to believe....
"In fiscal 2002, these revenues came primarily from a sub-contract with a government contractor to conduct initial field experiments and data gathering, in arid and temperate climates, using an early stage production model of a landmine detection system based on CDEX's base technologies."
No Army contract Paige just clever, manipulative wording.
Do not EVER give these people the benefit of the doubt or assume anything they say without ABSOLUTE PROOF!!
Now.... I must go.
Here's a statement that Paige posted which is about as close as MP gets to calling it a contract directly with the Army:
"CDEX Inc., a Rockville-based company that develops chemical detection technologies, was awarded a contract of undisclosed value to perform additional testing of its proprietary mobile explosive detection system for the U.S. Army's Communications and Electronics Command, Electronic Sensors and Night Vision Laboratory."
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=19041117
From the SEC filing:
"In May of 2002, CDEX was awarded a seven-month testing sub-contract with a total value up to $75,940 for performance of initial field experiments and data gathering, in arid and temperate climates, using an early stage production model of a landmine detection system, and the related expenses and materials to perform such contract."
"In fiscal 2002, these revenues came primarily from a sub-contract with a government contractor to conduct initial field experiments and data gathering, in arid and temperate climates, using an early stage production model of a landmine detection system based on CDEX's base technologies."
STATEMENT FROM THE CEO
June 3, 2002
This CEO Statement notes the progress in two significant areas: contracts that provide revenue for the company and registration of CDEX stock.
Today, CDEX issued a short Press Release announcing the award of a contract to CDEX for the continued testing of the EM-1, CDEX’s proprietary first generation mobile explosive detection system. The testing is being conducted under the auspices of the United States Army. This contract reflects another step in the process of Army evaluation of the application of CDEX’s proprietary chemical detection technology to the Army’s countermine operational needs. We look forward to the testing and welcome the opportunity to demonstrate the technology in the field. While we are very excited about this new development, we are treating it as just another step toward our ultimate goals. I should add that CDEX has several other proposals outstanding and we are continuing to seek developmental partners in concert with our business vision reported in earlier CEO Statements.
STATEMENT FROM THE CEO
April 24 , 2002
Our development testing is progressing on a number of fronts and we continue to be pleased with results. As a quick overview of some of the areas we are testing:
In addition to the extensive testing of our first generation mobile explosive detection device (EM-1) contained on the CDEX Web Site, the EM-1 is now being tested in different environments such as over ice, an exciting new development. We are scheduled to take this device to the government mine lanes during the next two months and are excited about the prospects.

STATEMENT FROM THE CEO
August 1, 2002
This is a short update on several issues. First, CDEX has passed another milestone – in July we received our first “revenues”. The revenue came from the testing contract under the auspices of the U.S. Army announced in my last CEO statement. Under that contract, we are continuing to provide information regarding testing of the EM-1X to the U.S. Army. Pursuant to the contract, we are unable to provide details to the public regarding the testing at this time.
I'm not to sure about one of your facts Xeno:
Fact: CDEx never had a contract with the US Army or Army Corps of Engineers.
Fact: Malcolm lied and said they did in a PR.
The PR was cleverly worded to imply that CDEX had a contract directly with the Army, but it was never explicitly stated.
Weasel worded MalSpeak, Yes.
Yes Paige, please do!
Paige is this PR referring to the same contract as the other PR which states that it was a sub-contract?
ROCKVILLE, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 3, 2002
CDEX Inc. (CDEX), a Nevada Corporation, announced award of a contract to perform additional testing of its proprietary mobile explosive detection system, EM-1, under the auspices of the
United States Department of the Army's Communications and Electronics Command, Electronic Sensors and Night Vision Laboratory.
I think if this contract was directly with the Army it would clearly state the fact in the PR. It would read, "announced the award of a contract with the United States Army's...."
What PR writer worth his salt would not make that absolutely clear?
Instead, it states that they're under the auspices of the US Army and it is obvious that if they're testing on US Army proving grounds that would definitely be the case.
The expertease of Classical MalSpeak.
Now, where is the contact number and the contracting officer's name and number?
Again, I will make the call.
I know, I thought twice about that one! LOL
Yeah PAIGE!!! "I thought you were claiming you can hang with the big dogs? Whassamattar, hon, can't find a non-existent contract???"
Bark, bark, ruff, ruff....sniff
"The CEDAP 2007 application period is open from April 25, 2007 through May 29, 2007."

Poteet is probably just so busy in the lab with those additional signatures that he doesn't have time to pick up the phone.
Or he's out golfing with DaBoyz.
"I believe the technology is good, as evidenced by the sales we've had to date."
- Raiderman
It appears that Raiderman's last remaining argument is that MP didn't return to CDEX as a consultant and move to Tucson if the company was ready to go under.
"If I were retired and a board asked me to help out as a consultant, I would think twice about it, unless I felt it had a chance. I certainly wouldn't be willing to move in order to keep a company afloat a couple more months. It doesn't make sense. I know that I would not move to another state to work for a company that was on the verge of closing its doors -- unless I saw a much brigher future just around the corner."
Here's what makes perfect sense Raiderman, MP moved to Tucson to take residence during the winter months like thousands of other Eastern Snow Birds do. Warm clear desert air and golf four times a week is what was just around the corner.
And did they sell the Rockville mansion? Nooooooo! That's their summer house.
FORE!!!
Paige, OK, here's what you do. Review the "Army contract" and please provide me with the contract number and contracting officer's phone number.
I'll make the phone call.
Suddenly, Milchip awakens from a deep sleep and realizes that CDEx is a ...
Company with fairly good tech, but nothing earth shattering.
Staffing has been cut--no sales force to speak of.
Company is in desperate need of money.
Valimed is a useful tool, but there is little demand for the product. A smaller Valimed for smaller hospitals? I'm not sure of the reason behind that. Do smaller hospitals have smaller tables and desktops?
How can anyone state with a straight face that our relationship with Baxa has been "strengthened"?
How about the meth gun? No reports. No follow-up. Is this just another "army contract", drifting into obscurity?
Give him time to fully awaken, he still appears to be a little groggy.
NO!!!! Is that closertocash in the video???
Paige, there's an Army-Navy football game, but there's no such thing as an "Army Navy contract".
Do you understand what Demmo posted?
Both Demmo and Xeno have asked you to show evidence of the Army contract. What is the Army contract number and how could CDEX have secured an Army contract when they DID NOT QUALIFY TO DO BUSINESS with the federal government?
What contract Paige? eom
Hmmm...... I liked this one better:
"......It makes me "almost" think I was right about the closed containers...."
Is "almost right" like shotguns and hand grenades?
Is "almost right" like when capnmike couldn't handle being called names any longer so he almost destroyed an innocent person's reputation and career for spite. It was almost right?
CDEX almost made us a fortune. We were almost rich.
Yawn.....
P.S. IMO the most likely volume scenario is that the latest group of PP investors are dumping their 10 centers. It explains why any reasonable person (not religously blind) would invest in a lame duck- an easy 50% profit, the "revolutionary" technology hype be damned.
Whilst I believe they have this exactly backward, it does have a little humor in it:
"...the question is as you suggest.. less with the validity of the tech but the competence of mgt when it comes to hiring mkt/promotion & financing expertease."
How long have the loch/CDEX experteasers been dangling the carrot of hope?
If we count the money raked in starting from the inception of ELF/VAMMP based on the now infamous "revolutionary" technology, how many millions of dollars have these experteasers made with their savvy penny stock marketing?
Experteasers indeed.
"prime contractor"
Here's how it works Demmo. MP has a business contact with a principle from the Army prime contactor.
This contact, let's call him Harry, likes to play the stock market and "I mean in a big way".
MP offers Harry $150K worth of free trading CDEX stock in exchange for a $75K subcontact which is connected to the Army contract.
MP can now claim CDEX is being funded by an Army cortact. Harry can dump his shares into the open market and even enjoy a PPS increase from the PR making the $150K worth of shares actually increase in value.
The $75K loss taken by CDEx is easily justified as a marketing expense since it significantly increases product sales and the product sales price.
All CDEx insiders are happy as they bleed their shares into the market demand.
It's a win-win for CDEx insiders and Harry,
Suckers like Paige's landlord and others buying into the phony baloney take the loss.
