Here's a statement that Paige posted which is about as close as MP gets to calling it a contract directly with the Army:

"CDEX Inc., a Rockville-based company that develops chemical detection technologies, was awarded a contract of undisclosed value to perform additional testing of its proprietary mobile explosive detection system for the U.S. Army's Communications and Electronics Command, Electronic Sensors and Night Vision Laboratory."
