It appears that Raiderman's last remaining argument is that MP didn't return to CDEX as a consultant and move to Tucson if the company was ready to go under.

"If I were retired and a board asked me to help out as a consultant, I would think twice about it, unless I felt it had a chance. Here's what makes perfect sense Raiderman, MP moved to Tucson to take residence during the winter months like thousands of other Eastern Snow Birds do. Warm clear desert air and golf four times a week is what was just around the corner.
