Disagreeing is ok. The current approach Eric is taking is obviously working. Do you agree with that?
Lightbeam...you are correct...there is always "irons in the fire"....that's the way Eric likes it...something is always "pending"....to keep holders holding....problem is...it's always the same "irons" in the fire...Eric is to transparent for his own good...He needs to shut his mouth and stop telling us everything. Giving us expectations that ALWAYS get pushed to the right....Leaking news via blog about whats coming...and then PR's about it and nothing happens to the pps....I mean how does that make sense...I'd rather see no news or blog for 3 months than what's been happening here...
Hasn't been too quiet...the recent blog (PR's) are still fresh.
One of these days I will comprise a post listing all the memos and blogs Eric has written pertaining to his views on us ever having a R/S...and then I will have someone send him a nice request to get his current view....As you will see...his views will gradually shift to be in favor of one. 2 years ago...he was so confident that he would never need to do one...that he had "other options"....Now...being at .0005 and decreasing...I guarantee all of you that the same enthusiasm and confidence he had in his past correspondence will change to a more preserved, laid-back type of response. He won't say we will or we won't...he'll say "He's trying his darn-est" to avoid one....you wait and see...
P.S...Whenever "R/S" was brought up...he always responded mentioning share-buy back's...almost every-time...He loves turning negatives into positives to keep his bagholders holding...I will not lie...He is very good at what he does.
Mar 16 Shareholder Question: Current Situation
Did you catch it?...I did...
So in the same statement he claims to be "pleased" to report that he hasn't used THEIR financing since early 2010, but then goes on to say there isn't any "complaint" with them IRT how they conducted business with WNBD??? Why would you be "pleased" if there was never any issues or complaints?
The only way that statement could of made sense is if he was saying he was "pleased" he has stopped working with them because WNBD did not "NEED" them anymore or anyone for that matter. (504's ending)
I can assure you he has used them again since early 2010. Why not ask for an update on that...i'm sure he'll have something rosey to say to tickle our fancy.
He never said he would never use those guys again....if he hadn't planned on it...he would of told us...as the honest CEO he is....right?
He said he hadn't used them in a # of months...but left out the part where he was planning to use them the very next time a 504 was needed...

Secrets of Penny Stocks: Average Up
Penny stocks are a creature all their own, and as such, go by their own rules.
When you get involved with the 5% of penny stocks that are fundamentally solid, you stand to make tons of money in a short time. However, too many ill-informed investors buy the wrong ones in the first place, then exacerbate the problem with a common mistake.
After making a poor decision in the first place, they make things worse by averaging down. Throwing good money after bad.
Sure, after buying more of this dud, your average loss dropped from 40% to 20%. You don’t feel so bad now, right? But you’ve also doubled your bet on a sinking equity.
The problem is that falling stocks are most likely to keep falling. Rising stocks are most likely to keep rising. While true with Blue Chips, this is even more true with penny stocks, as many of them are either on their way to zero, or to 10 bucks.
Professional investors are much more likely to “Average Up,” by buying more of the same penny stock as it’s shares increase. The rising prices are often indicative of the operational success the penny stock is having, as their revenues, customer base, market share, and distribution network all expand.
If you find yourself thinking about averaging down, consider that most investors who take this approach end up losing. If you’re feeling brave, and want to trade like a pro, then averaging up on rising penny stocks will probably serve you very well.
If you know anyone who’s averaged down on a stock, send them this article – you’ll be helping them. And for those of you who are new to penny stocks, or new to investing, take a look at this free penny stocks learning site.

Squeezer...your right...we all were under the impression that a decision would of been made "early this month"...but obviously none are surprised by another setback...
maybe they realized they made a mistake...
blah blah blah...delay...ok got ya Eric...we expected nothing less...
I agree with you...here's why...
Are you sure Squeezer? Theres so much interest here....retail investors must know what's coming!
retail...all retail....SOMEONE KNOWS SOMETHING!
Thanks Doog. I have always respected your posts because they have a sense of realism in them. Most posts here are derived from a falsities and believe it or not...Fear....peoples naturally reaction is to create false hope for themselves to make themselves feel better about a situation....Denial is the first sign to having a problem...
Your one of few
hmmm...maybe cause all the shareholders are tapped out...or just smartened up...pick one
blessing for 1000+........ detriment for the financials....new employee's...I wander how much they are getting paid to do this...At least someone is making money besides Eric....So those of you who have been loading the boat recently....it would of been easier to do a wire transfer to scup and dirty!
WNBD ends day -30% to .0007 BK soon?
Well technically there could have been one filed on Aug 31st...or even today....one month isn't very impressing...let's see him post a blog like that for the whole month of October and November....Then you may see me raise a eyebrow...
Wow...I can't believe he responded to this....Guess he didn't sense the sarcasm...didn't he notice I said "Potential"....We all know a lot about that here don't we.....WNBD sure has a lot of that...The PPS on the other hand...yea....well...that's another story....
P.S...This is a new jingle i've been working on for a LONNNNG Time...Maybe he can play this on the radio in Ohio
1000+!
CLEAN 1!
KIND!
TRACKMOIST!
IMMINENT!
GOOOO Winning Brands!!
With your powers combined I am Captain Lehner!
Captain Lehner, he's our hero,
Gonna take dilution down to zero,
He's our savior, don't deny,
He's fighting on the shareholder's side
Captain Lehner, he's our hero,
Gonna take our holdings down to zero,
Gonna help him put us under,
504 guys who like to dilute and plunder
"You'll pay for this Captain Lehner!"
(chanting)
We're the shareholders,
You can be one too!
'Cause lining Lehner's pockets is the thing to do,
Looting and diluting is not the way,
Let's Hear what Captain Lehner has to say
(This jingle can be sung to the tune of the link below....)
4000 shareholders
Average price shipping from Canada = $10
Potential $40,000 to ship...not including the box and shopping bag costs....
Nice, we must be profitable now for money to be spent so generously.
P.S....Can Someone put in a request for Eric to post a picture of his printing press...i've never seen one quite like the Winning Brands model...
WNBD is a start up?
losing money for a few months isn't so bad Hope....Try losing it for two years +...WNBD is in a slow freefall and it won't stop until 2012 when the revenues will be more "significant"(says so Eric in the latest blog)....it's funny...every year, Eric say's "next year will be the year"....I could provide links and quotes from his blogs and PR's...but I'm tired of doing other peoples DD...do it yourselves...My points have been proven a long time ago...
hell...they already limited me so I can only post once per day...so i'm pretty much gone anyway...waste of money coming to this over Mod'd site
How are these post's "on topic"? They do not bring anything to the board and most certainly do not contain anything stock specific...Please explain...

How can you Admin's be lenient when it comes to posts like these when they are so obviously not containing any ounce of On Topicality....But when I question a Moderator or a shareholder who worked for the company about a certain company transaction...you delete my posts....You guys make me sick...
W/e...u guys are crooks...the pumper mods delete my posts and you admins first reaction is to agree...let me ask a question...if a poster is directly involved with the company...involved enough where they signed non disclosure agreements...can I question them...the poster...? That is on topic in my opinion...cause it's just like I'm questioning the company themselves...al of my posts get deleted, no matter what the content...Fix this or i'll sue...no where on your site does it say no refunds
He's not even admin so how is that possible? Btw...still waiting for admin to respond...i sre they responded to others....
I would like a refund on my 12 month subscription...I believe I have 6 months left or so...and I would like my money back...I did not pay a hundred bucks to have Moderators delete my posts and to have Site Admin's limit me to 1 post a day...You guys are stealing my money and I want a partial refund back now. I follow the rules but since the board I frequent only allows Pumping posts...I have no need to stay here....
You guys bug him to much about the same repeated questions...
I wonder how long people will hold on the "early-stage" and "Young" company terms when talking about WNBD....Are we not in our 6th year going on 7th? I don't think it was in Eric's 10 year plan to have to turn a 500,000 dollar company into a 100,000,000 dollar company in 3 and a half years. Given all that we had done thus far...that is still a long shot to stay on schedule...unless of course 10 years is not in his schedule anymore and he has reconstructured his plan to let's say 12 years? If we had more products, I would have more hope/reassurance that we'd be fine...but 1 "Lead" product is not going to make us $100,000,000 in annual sales....but hey...maybe collectively over all the first 10 years...which is a accomplishment in my book...
Ant, I like your numbers...but I myself am still a little on edge about that "44%" increase in revenues in Q2...As I stated before...it may be because of a delayed order that didn't show in Q1. So in essence...Q1 2011 was lower than Q1 2010...but Q2 2011 was "so" much higher than Q2 2010 (probably) because Q1's order was delayed... I'm still glad to see an increase...but doing the math...it really only shows we are on the same path to a 500,000+ revenue Year...unless some of these recent deveplopments pan out...
