And please don't talk to me about having morals in regards to THIS company...(I'm sure you know what i'm talking about)

You can try to paint me as a Twister as some say but in reality, your the only here that I know of that has profited from WNBD in twisting ways...you seem to explain a lot of things to the board...feel free to explain what i'm referring to...inquiring minds would like to know.

I will try to stay on topic then: In regards to WNBD's debt's...I wonder if when WNBD payed someone to claim domain name(s), if it was included in the IIS...I think i'll go over the IIS again and see what expense that may of fell under...

or no one else claims a domain name and costs WNBD more money then is necessary...lol

it's an issue due to who did it...and what he or she tries to portray themselves as to this board and company...he/she knows what I speak of...and obviously they feel guilt as they choose not to reveal them-self, as it might discredit their rep here....Yes, a common business practice, but to do it to a start-up company that you ACTUALLY CLAIM TO INVEST IN? and then preach to the board day in and day out that they will succeed, when you actually held them back for God knows how much...To that person...thanks for adding to WNBD deficit...I know the true twister here....and trust me...it ain't me...Good night...

I'm an activist shareholder of sorts - Guilty

I'm a large shareholder that has bought all shares owned (past or present) from the public market.

For benefit of 'all shareholders'

No compensation in shares; just expense reimbursement and a nominal fee (Total is $5,000 or less for approximately 20+ domains to date).

Happy to see pieces coming together finally related to WinningColours website (man I've strived for that one for us all for a long time and didn't give up); as well as Lancaster, Lowes, and USA penetration.

And will continue to do what I can for the benefit of long shareholders of which I am one of and a large holder and buyer at these levels.

I've said no guarantees and we are speculative multiple times, but like the risk and odds as they continue to progress, improve and implement (been clear and consistent on that too)

I don't feel guilt, nothing to feel guilty about as it relates to WNBD or its long shareholders.

Disappointed is more the word I think that THis was brought up given only one knew about it as they were only one told in confidence in 2009 and agreed it was fair, very reasonable and mutually beneficial for shareholders.

The problem when you only tell 'one' is in time you know where leaks/rumors happen or travel too....it leaves a trail as it travels to and from that "hub".
