Anyone can post a Level II/III snapshot of the last few minutes?
I want to see if there was another $96.00 trade to drop it at the end.
Good luck to CPOW investors.
Um, yeah, I have the same problem...
Good luck to CPOW investors.
If anyone was thinking about buying more CPOW today I would wait to the last minutes of trading because I bet he will take it down again for you just before the close. You can get more for a few fractions of a penny less.
IMHO.
Good luck to CPOW investors.
The Goldman reports on the 4 or 5 stocks I mentioned date back to May 2010 or earlier. It took months for these stocks to get going but all of them did. Yes, paid analyst. But when you're right, you're right. I don't think the analysts that go on TV on Bloomberg, Fox Business or CNBC work for free when they talk about stocks that will go up in their opinion.
Good luck to CPOW investors.
This is a chart analysis a friendly I-Hub user sent me today.

Today's Reg SHO data:

32.86% of total volume = short volume
Good luck to CPOW investors.
A little earlier on this message board, someone or someones were disparaging analyst Rob Goldman of Goldman Small Cap Research.
You will recall that Goldman did a paid-for analysis of CPOW some weeks ago. Here is the link:
http://www.cpreports.com/?p=752
It is not uncommon for analysts to be paid for their services.
I never heard of Rob Goldman before his name came up in relation to CPOW. And frankly I could care less what people think of him.
BUT, I did some looking and I would like to list here some other stocks Mr. Goldman did a review of. Take a look at these stocks on a 6 month trend.

This is NOT a claim that CPOW will go like that.
Good luck to CPOW investors.
did anyone else notice we were in the green literally up to the last minute?
good luck to CPOW investors.
We got off to a fast start today but the volume is actually exceptionally low today. I wonder if this is quiet before the storm or just plain low volume. I will post the RegSHO data at the end of the day.
Good luck to CPOW investors.
Thank you so much boca. Yeah I am in with over 100,000 shares of KATX. Not much for some on here but for me it's a lot. I really appreciate you taking the time to put this together for me.
GLTU.
This goes back to June 2010:
The new name for Bella Viaggio, Inc. will be "KAT Gold Holdings Corporation" that will be the parent company for all future OTCBB share distributions. The goal is to later merge (PINKSHEETS: KATX) into an OTCBB entity under KAT Gold Holdings Corporation as a wholly owned subsidiary on a 1 for 1 ratio basis. KAT Exploration will maintain all its high grade copper properties and is aggressively preparing to take its copper exploration and drilling programs to the next major stages of development to be announced soon. Ken Stead, KAT Exploration, Inc. President and CEO, said, "This OTCBB share distribution is the first of more OTCBB share distributions that we are planning to distribute to our shareholders. We look forward to transitioning our shareholders out of the pink sheets market and on to the more transparent OTCBB market for now."
Good luck to KATX investors.
Excellent Aargus.
Good luck to you and all KATX investors.
Welcome, Bob to the CPOW board and good luck to you.
Please bring us any due diligence you find/have found on CPOW.
There are a number of conscientious posters on this board that do good CPOW due diligence and bring it here.
Good luck to CPOW investors.
If someone has the time, they could put together a timeline for us showing CPOW deadlines:
Deadline on CPOW LOI with CGG for the PURCHASE of cooking oil.
CPOW Financials for 3Q.
Deadline for CPOW LOI with Alabama Bio Energy on JV. 15 March.
Deadline on CPOW MOU with CGG for the JV to build a Canola processing plant.
Anything else I forgot.
Good luck to CPOW investors.
Not to dampen any enthusiasm but as shareholders, we should be on CPOW management to update us on their plans. We are coming up on some important deadlines...
Good luck to CPOW investors.
Good luck to you zzub.
And good luck to CPOW investors.
Volume about 300,000 in the first hour...
Go CPOW.
can anyone help me with a technical analysis of this chart?
http://stockcharts.com/c-sc/sc?s=KATX&p=W&b=5&g=0&i=t99785403234&r=2442
thanks.
Thanks Nitwit.
What does this chart tell us?
Bureaucrats are infamous for unnecessary delays. Expensive law firm or not, you cannot predict what a bureaucrat will do every time.
The point is the uplisting process is going forward, a point which some challenged earlier.
Uplisting = good things to come. IMHO.
Good luck to KATX investors.
Let us know what you find out homevendor.
Good luck to KATX investors.
Sorry to see you go. They'll be some longs for sure to snap up those shares.
Good luck to KATX investors.
Good morning PKP.
News today on KATX?
Thanks Steve5.
I think it is worth re-visiting what this conference is all about too.

Good luck to CPOW investors.
Eagle, have you found some due diligence you want to share with all of us about CPOW?
I believe it was BigOwl that said this. He used to be able to get the share structure all the time and recently they won't give it out. The TA's name and contact info is on the KAT website.
Good luck to KATX investors.
Thanks Steve5.
Try not get personal though...
Good luck to CPOW investors.
I wasn't aware you had studied 100 pink sheet companies to determine that ratio. TA gagged = TA gagged. Maybe they are doing a share buy back. Maybe there is a reverse merger in the works. Perhaps something has been purchased with shares. You don't know. No one knows. Unless they have insider information and that would be bad, no? The problem here is we need to hear from the company and then all this speculation will evaporate. Because pro or con, that's all it is - SPECULATION.
Good luck to KATX investors.
This HAS to be the week for KATX news, no?
A lot of excitement - pro and con - around this anticipated news.
Good luck to KATX investors.
From the sentiment I am getting from many of the longs here, if the shareprice does go down on news, they will be using this as a buying opportunity. Of course, I for one am wondering just how many shares are out there in the hands of newbies, flippers and naysayers that would sell on poor news. If longs haven't sold by now I don't know that they will. I have lost count of the number of longs on here that have said they are holding over a million shares. There are only so many shares in the float. And others have sort of implied that they are looking for a lower price to get in on, which means MORE buying, unless they are just saying that while spreading rumor. And, it is also a POSSIBILITY (not saying it is happening) that the company may reduce the float as part of the uplisting process. Someone posted something a few weeks ago showing the float had been reduced a little - no? That was before the TA was gagged. So many things are possible here it is ridiculous and impossible to guess. My opinion is they won't release drill results without some solid news of some kind - either the BVIG distro, a JV, a float reduction (remember the TA is gagged - the reasons for that might NOT be bad), or SOMETHING that will make sure shareholder concerns are addressed. IMHO.
Good luck to KATX investors.
Good morning pkp544.
One day closer to news from KATX.
Good luck to KATX investors.
Yes indeed. I think we are seeing some of that backfiring in the price per share. Some trade on fear. This board is consistently in the top posted boards on I-Hub. With a majority of the posts seeming to be negative. Some traders seeing this swarm in. The negative posts are actually helping to put us in the spotlight.
This is an interesting article, Steve5.
But I am not sure there are any plans in the works for CPOW to provide biodiesel to China.
The current plans with Chongquin Grain Group (CGG) involve cooking oil only from what I have read.
Doesn't mean CPOW couldn't find a market for their biodiesel in China. But it would seem there is plenty of demand for it right here on this continent.
I was thinking that Ken Kunz would be doing the sales and marketing of the MOPO products and livestock feed, using the connections he has built in the Saskatchewan region over the past decades. Perhaps some of the new executive personnel can find markets for biodiesel as well.
Good luck to CPOW investors.
I'm afraid this data is almost useless at evaluating this company.
CPOW has been trading as a PINK SHEET stock since 10 Sept 2010. Prior to this, it was trading as a .OB stock.
http://www.google.com/finance?q=PINK%3ACPOW
http://www.google.com/finance?q=OTC%3ACPOW
Even the chart for CPOW on I-Hub only goes back to 10 Sept 2010.
Furthermore, CPOW had NOTHING to do with biodiesel, cooking oil, nutraceuticals or anything of the sort prior to the acquisition of GBE by Reverse Merger on 29 April 2010.

Just look at the cleanpowerconcepts.com website. It shows solar panels and wind turbines. And the intro statement is:
"The market is exploding with new innovative products in power generation and storage using energy from solar, wind and hydro sources."
That website is a pet peeve for me. I would like every one of you to send an email demanding they put up a new one, as I have done a few times now. The only thing it DOES do is give a picture of what CPOW used to do before GBE came along.
GBE has been at the McArca Street address in Regina for years before it Reverse Mergered into CPOW.
For all intents and purposes, this company is basically GBE operating with the name CPOW now. Looking at old charts of CPOW will tell you nothing about the company as it exists and operates now. It is kind of like trying to evaluate the current production of branches of Washington Mutual, now operating as Chase bank branches, by looking at old WAMU charts. JP Morgan-Chase runs them now.
Furthermore, if you draw a line from Sept 10, 2010 to last Friday, you will see some consistancy in the 10-15 cent range. This stock has only ever dipped to .05 on the pink sheets and has a high of 41 cents. It has never been sub-penny in its current configuration.
I'm going to guess that he is in Alabama. My opinion. Would be great if Monday we got word that the LOI on the Alabama Bio Energy deal has been finalized and this is a done deal. Then Mike could go to Chongquin Grain Group and tell them he has TWO crushing plants that could be operating while the proposed new plant is built.
Good luck to CPOW investors.

This China-Canada-Brazil triangle is why I think Mike Shenher, CEO CPOW, decided to bring someone on the executive team with experience in South America/Brazil. See last press release.
http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=46380303
Jeffrey D. Carter, as Business Development Agent for South America:
Mr. Carter is a U.S. citizen with permanent residency status living in Sao Paulo, Brazil. With 25 years of business experience, Mr. Carter started his career at the futures exchanges in Chicago working in the commodity and currency/commercial paper markets. For nearly 20 years he has been prominent in the maritime shipping industry providing broad expertise in residual container equipment management. Fluent in Portuguese and with expanding experience in general business development in Brazil, Mr. Carter has over the past 5 years combined his experience in logistics and finance with a focus on the upstream biofuel feedstock industry there and its contingent agricultural components.
Michael Shenher, C.E.O. of Clean Power Concepts, commented on the new appointments:
"Mr. Carter is a focused, reliable, and committed individual who is ideally positioned to bring Clean Power Concept's products and services to the emerging Latin American marketplace. His knowledge of the territory and its service needs will help expedite CPOW's corporate global growth objectives."
Thank you, Bio, for all that you do.
So noisy on this board. Both newbies and longs would do good to remember: Always darkest before the dawn. When others are afraid, get greedy.
Next week is going to be a good one IMHO.
Good luck to KATX investors.
