BDGR - Very Good Start to 2007...
IMO BDGR is truly undervalued and as I've said before should be more around .50 - 1.00 .... Red Chip evaluates at .70c... confident we will get there soon..
Latest PR:
"Black Dragon Resource Companies today announced that its oil fields grossed over $620,000 for the first quarter of 2007."
Current Operations:
1. The Company has put on 40 new wells so far this month.
2. Three water wells have been drilled.
3. Haynesville is to be brought into production imminently.
4. Johnson Eckart is to be turned on imminently.
5. Management's April goal has been increased to 60 new wells put on
pump. It expects that all newly drilled oil wells will be on pump
by the end of this month.
6. Black Dragon put two additional water disposal units back on line.
Management will not project future production, due to the variables of weather, equipment availability, and pricing. However, they are confident that, barring the unforeseen, production will increase each quarter.

chart starting to look pretty nice aswell... accumulation between .14 & .15, IMO time to take it up a notch....
i believe the audit is underway and will verify this... but everything is just talk at this point.. we will have to see shortly...

"It seems that someone is buying here, very quietly in 50000 share blocks, over the last few sessions."
have noticed that myself... chart's showing the stock under accumulation for a couple of weeks now... IMO someone big is quietly loading the boat...
i can think of a few bashing shorts that are going to get burned here very badly, fairly shortly...
ahem.. snowcrow, ahem.. localoil.. sorry losers.. but your day is coming..
you can only be relentless bashers for so long...
well good because the PPS should be .50 anyways proven on that PR alone..
crude, quick ex.. be back to do something proper, gotta pick up the kids...
"Management... are confident that, barring the unforeseen, production will increase each quarter."
Given $620,000 in Q1 and 15% increase each quarter,
approx. 713,000 in Q2
approx. 819,950 in Q3
approx. 942,943 in Q4
approx total = $3,095,893 for 2007
$3,100,000 into 70,000,000 shares = .045
.045 x multiple of 10 = .45c / share
this does not take into account lease value, future BOPD, nothing....
obviously well undervalued...
this thing's getting pretty ripe.... I still feel $1 is near...

SNOWCROW = KNOWN BASHER = IGNORE
just look how he attackes every PR... how many posts was it today??.. lol ..ridiculous...
matt, could you watch the BDGR board and some of the posters.. ex. snowcrow, localoil... everytime BDGR releases a pr or anytime anybody has anything positive to say they post like crazy with as much negative information and criticisms as possible..
claim they do not own a position in the company at all yet they are at their computer all day and night in order to respond to anyone's positive posts with a bunch of negative garbage... everyone on the board knows these guys are bashing, it is clearly obvious... can anything be done about this???
more gains today...
tomorrow will be another nice day.. hopefully a PR to send this thing on its way...
WRNW - climbing steady, and rumour had it, news tomorrow...
post from the WRNW board, sums it up pretty much...
WRNW- ST price target & Why:
PERSPECTIVE IS OUR GREATEST ASSET- BOTH PAST AND FUTURE:
04/12/07 WRNW PR: "...Well Renewal, Inc....today announced it has successfully completed the initial gas wells that have been drilled on the Birdsall lease and on the Ward lease in Northeastern Oklahoma...
"...Mr. David Rees...The open hole log on the Ward and Birdsall gas wells, that have already been drilled, show significant possibilities'...
"...As the continuing completion documentation becomes available, WRNW will continue to update the results. WRNW is pleased with the anticipated 150 MCF per day from the initial wells and will upon the completion of a minimum of 15 wells on the Birdsall and 5 additional wells on the Ward expect in the region of $2,000,000 in further annual revenues from these leases...."
CONTEXT:
From the 02/12/07 and 01/09/07 PR's we see that things are moving along as planned:
02/12/07 PR"...Will Gray, CEO of Well Renewal, stated, ``We are extremely excited and energized concerning the completion of the Birdsell 999-05 gas well. The weather delays have not lessened our enthusiasm for the revenue potential to be realized with the completion of this initial well on the Liston lease. Our geological and engineering staff has identified 14 additional drilling locations on the Liston lease. We anticipate including these new locations in our 2007 drilling and completion budget. Successful completion of the drilling and production of these new wells will significantly impact the revenues and cash flows for Well Renewal during 2007.'
1/09/07 PR:"...Mr. E. Will Gray, Chairman and CEO of Well Renewal commented on the initial completion process, ``The opportunity to drill an additional 14 wells on our Liston lease acreage has our entire team especially energized. The open hole log on the Birdsell 999-05 gas well, that has already been drilled, shows tremendous potential.' Mr. Gray continued, ``Northeastern Oklahoma is prolific with coal bed methane and several large independent Oil companies have recently staked their claim to this largely undeveloped Northeastern Oklahoma Shelf.'
"...As the documentation of the completion becomes available, WRNW will announce the results. WRNW is expecting 90-100 MCF per day per well, and will upon the completion of a minimum of 15 wells, expect approximately $3,000,000 in new annual revenues from this lease.
"...WRNW expects the completion of the Birdsell 999-05 well before the end of the month. WRNW also expects up to 40 bopd from this lease and would furthermore add approximately $800,000 to annual revenues in 2007."
THEREFORE, I WILL NOT BE SURPRISED TO SEE THESE TWO LEASES ADD $4 MILLION IN YEARLY REVENUES BEFORE WE MOVE ON TO THE NEXT PROJECTS!!!
AND GUESS WHAT, $4 MILLION DIVIDED BY 500,000,000 O/S SHARES EQUALS .008. HEY, THAT IS FRIDAY'S CLOSING PRICE. Actually, the O/S is reportedly lower, 450,000,000.
BUT A GROWTH MULTIPLE OF up to 10 IS APPROPRIATE. SO MY ST TARGET IS EIGHT CENTS PER SHARE WITHOUT KNOWING WHAT SURPRISES DAVID REES HAS IN STORE...LIKE FINAL ACQUISITION OF THAT PERTOCHEMICAL COMPANY AND ITS FUTURE YEARLY PROFITS: $4 MILLION? (ON $10,000,000 ANNUAL REVENUES)
http://biz.yahoo.com/pz/061219/110782.html?printer=1
IF THAT HAPPENS, THIS WEEK, THEN MY ST TARGET DOUBLES AND IS SIXTEEN CENTS PER SHARE. IF IT IS SOME OTHER ASSET ACQUIRED, THEN THE TARGET WOULD BE LESS, DEPENDING ON THE REVENUES TO BE EARNED BY THAT ASSET. BUT DO NOT FORGET THE "ROGERS" LEASE-THE NEXT PROJECT ALREADY UNDER WRNW LEASE- WITH 119 WELL HEADS AND THE POTENTIAL OF ANOTHER $2,000,000 IN ANNUAL REVENUES TO ADD TO A SMALLER ASSET ACQUIRED THAN ESP.
This is not pumper fantasy. This is the reality of Crude Oil and Natural Gas plus supply and demand. Let's see what happens next week. GLTA longs in WRNW!

BDGR – “2005 and 2006 financials this week”.
-----a lot of positive news expected in the near future from BDGR
- In the month of March, 35 new wells were completed, additional existing wells were put back on pump and 6700 bbl’s were produced…
The Goals For April Are:
-- 5 new gas wells drilled and put on for the Arkansas lease
-- Get 4 new water wells operational for the Muslow S lease
-- Address 9 other leases
-- 50 new old wells put on pump
-- 9,000 Bls shipped
- So far, the Company put on 8 new wells last week, which will leave 42 wells in order to meet one of this month's objectives.
- On Wednesday, April 11, Black Dragon expects to complete the Taylor water well
- Black Dragon is working on 3 additional water wells. It is management's belief that the 5 water wells will add over 100 barrels a day to its production.
The Company is working on getting Hainesville and Johnson Eckart back on, which should produce another 60 barrels a month.
Management expects to publish 2005 and 2006 financials this week
IMO This thing has been held down for way too long and the change is coming to take it to dollar-land where it should be..
