Well, I don't know much about SMMW. The first I heard of Dan was investigating FGFC. He won't return my calls, so I'm assuming he personally has some involvement. I don't know how he structured SMMW or if he intended it to bring FGFC into it. I doubt it. FGFC has an authorized number of shares at 150MM common and 2MM preferred, yet there's 271MM outstanding. That's the last thing SMMW shareholders want involved in.

Well the Q means bankruptcy, and I located a 2005 bankruptcy filed in the District of Nevada. I also found a federal lawsuit that was settled on December 7 2006.
