Dude,
The sad reality for GreenStar is that dispensaries are not signing up....because they really don't need or want to.
Banks can now accept depots from dispensaries. It's only a short matter of time before credit processing is directly allowed. Why sign up with a small payment processor with no business, when in a short time, all forms of banking and credit card use will be open and allowed?
Dude,
" Greenstar has been to multiple trade shows the last month. Greg has been traveling around Washington to dispensaries"
Despite the travels, ADCS and GreenStar still have zero business to announce.
The belief that, for some unknown reason, the companies are accumulating contracts and just not telling us is absurd.
The belief that contracts are accumulated, but the companies are just waiting for the pristine moment to tell us is absurd
The belief that dispensaries have been waiting for this recent Senate news, before signing up with GreenStar, is absurd
The belief that GreenStar is waiting to accumulate a certain number of contracts before dazzling us with an impressive press release is absurd
Let's be honest here. If GreenStar was signing up business, we would know about it. There is no reason to suppress this information.
Dude,
"No dilution"
No dilution, just selling and investors are bailing on this company. USEI supposedly has a store that will open in about a week and a half, yet there is no mention of the store address....no advertising, nothing going on to generate a buzz. If you were going to open a store, in less than two weeks, wouldn't you include the store address in the press release?
Something is questionable here.
Dude,
"They do not want to jump the gun and say they have contracts if it is just a verbal agreement because that is not a "binding" contract"
You are proving my point...this company has no business, no revenue, nothing.
The continuous hints on FB, from GreenStar, that contract news is imminent only reinforces this is a pump and dump. This is what pump and dumps do, they hardly release any substantive information, just enough information to keep everyone interested and buying.
Dude,
"Life looks good at USEI!"
Life looks good? The stock is down 10% today and down 98% from the 0.02 high...and this looks good?
The store opens in less than two weeks, supposedly, and yet the exact location and address is a secret? The shelves are apparently being stocked, yet there are no pictures, advertising or anything regarding this store.....Something is fishy here....
Dude,
"They are not gonna put out a PR every contract they aquire. They have stated they will inform us in due time. "
I find your comments very interesting. Let me ask another question or two. As a shareholder, you find is acceptable the company pumps out a PR if the attend a trade show, or if they have a meeting.
However, they do not provide updates on actual business or the securing of contracts? You seem to think the company is keeping this a 'secret' for the present time and will inform us at a later date.
So, the company pumps out PRs if they have a meeting or go to a trade show....but keeps actual business activities a secret. And, you seemingly defend this?
Dude,
"Have you considered the other possibility that the shares are secretly being accumulated, only to 'profit' at a later date?"
If significant share were being accumulated, we would see a bump in price. The price would likely go up, it would certainly not go down...which is the case now.
Dude,
"i would like to see documentation of the claims your making."
As evidence of no business, I refer you to the stock price...which is having lackluster performance.
As evidence of no business, I refer you to the lack of press releases and lack of financials from the company indicating otherwise.
As evidence of no business, I ask that you use common sense as well. It is highly unlikely contracts are secretly being accumulated, only to 'surprise' shareholders at a later date.
Dude,
"ADCS - That is your opinion sir.. I think not releasing PR's every other week just to say "we are doing something great" works against the pump and dump theory"
Sir, this is a fact...they have no business. Furthermore, although they do not release PRs every week, they do post on FB that contract news is coming soon. The problem is they have been posting this for a while now.
So yes, this is a pump and dump. The pump is happening on FB through the various posts promising imminent contract information.
Dude,
"ADCS - Wow! Good post Nolack! Totally agree!"
Why do you think 'no news is good news'?
No news means nothing is happening. Companies typically love to publish good news, but often try to suppress the bad news. So no news usually means nothing good is happening.
Dude,
"one contract could send this into subs if not to 2 cents"
One contract could boost the stock price of any company. However, ADCS / GreenStar does not have any contracts.
Business if booming in Washington and Colorado, but GreenStar does not have any business.
This is very worrisome, especially as there are not many businesses providing electronic payment processing.
You would think GreenStar would have no problem getting business, but this is not the case. GreenStar is making their sales calls, and the many dispensaries are not signing up....not a good sign as dispensaries are seeing demos of the products, but deciding to stay away.
Dude,
"It's a fact.Huge gains on the way.Washington+Colorado!"
Why do people like to spread false information? USEI has clearly stated they are unable to execute in Colorado due to 'residency' requirements. So how can they get huge gains from Colorado?
Dude,
"I have watched usei build up a reputation in the mj business. They partnered with lollipop and American green and partnered with a kitchen for edibles. Now they are stocking 2 stores almost ready to open in Washington. Everything is looking good and within a month we will see what happens."
Have you been reading the various press releases? Lollipop has accused USEI of being a fraud, a scam and a stock manipulator. So how does their former partnership with Lollipop help build a reputation in the mj business.
Furthermore, American Green stated the details of the USEI relationship will be available once the relationship exists. In other words, there is no current relationship.
What kitchen? According to press releases, no USEI kitchen has passed the required state inspection. So, how can they legally sell edibles in Washington?
Also, the stock is down 98% from the 0.02 high. Companies that are successfully building a reputation dont see their stock slide by this much. This is a sign that investors are bailing out on the company.
Dude,
"We shall see. Watch"
I have been watching. I have watched a series of untruths being told and I have watched the stock dive 98% from the 0.02 high. What have you been watching?
Dude,
"NATIONAL MEDIA SOON ;
;@greenwoodls ... more to come... we have a real partner who is connected with national media
— BIO TECH MEDICS, INC (@biotecmedics) July 14, 2014
Dude,
"How about a sigh of relief. That's what it will sound like from my corner. That fb message was a reply to my post."
FB is full of promises of impending contract news. The folks at GreenStar have been saying news will be forthcoming for a while.
Just empty promises.
Also, has anyone visited New Wave Prepaid website....it's no longer up. Not a good sign for the company who is supposed to release the Cannabis Card.
Dude,
"Everything you say in your post is backwards...do some DD"
Backwards? Then tell me, where is the business...where are the contracts?
It was widely reported that dispensaries need electronic payment systems. It was widely reported the at ADCS and GreenStar are one of the few players in the game....so why are they not able to secure business? They should have no problem getting contracts, but they have none. Can you explain why?
Dude,
Money still continues to leave USEI....why?
I thought the 'good' news was supposed to lift the stock??
Let me guess, the MMs are keeping the stock down...the bashers are keeping the stock down....the MMs are playing games....
There is no faith left in this company......
Dude,
"I don't think that...this will run at some point"
How can it run without any business? This company has no revenue, no contracts....nothing.
Electronic payment systems are necessary and vital for the dispensaries, yet no one is signing up with GreenStar. This is very disturbing.
As one of the few payment players in the game, GreenStar should be signing up new business....but this is not the case. Dispensaries are actually staying away from GreenStar and continuing to rely on all cash transactions.
ADCS stock is in the toilet and is not going anywhere. Why are companies, who need electronic payment systems, staying away?
Dude,
You will be waiting forever. This company has no contracts. This is starting to look like a pump and dump scheme to me.
All these glorious press releases, and yet there are no signs of any real business....
This is the behavior of a pump and dump....
Dude,
This stock is treading water and not moving. According to many people on this board, ADCS and GreenStar will be a cash cow.
Where are the contracts? Where is the real business?
Dude,
It appears the greater investing world does not think much of the recent 'good' news.
It's funny how many people are proclaiming USEI will see a rapid rise in stock price, but with each passing day, USEI is more and more on sale.
Dude,
"That would be an awesome PR to tell us the chill has been lifted and they got a bunch of contracts signed. That would be sweet. "
This would be a sweet PR, but no such PR is coming. It is amazing how so many folks are predicting that ADCS and GreenStar will be a cash cow, providing a much needed service....when they have no contracts...they have no business....they have nothing.
In a segment that has few competitors, and in which dispensaries very much need payment processing, ADCS and GreenStar should not have any issues in signing contracts.
However, it is very concerning that they are unable to sign anything. Very concerning they have no business. Very concerning, for some reason, dispensaries are not singing up with ADCS and GreenStar.
This should worry everyone...business is not running toward ADCS and GreenStar, they are actually staying away.
Dude,
Correct me if I am wrong, but this payment system will not gain much traction. It is only a short matter of time before banks and credit card companies begin to work with the dispensaries.
Once this happens, ADCS and GreenStar are toast..and gone.
So, why do so many people think this is a gold mine? More and more states are legalizing cannabis, thereby increasing the chance that bank will be able to deal directly with the dispensaries. Why would they even need GreenStar or ADCS at that point?
Maybe this is one of the reasons why this company is slow to sign contracts. Perhaps the dispensaries are waiting to do business with the big banks and credit card companies, rather than implementing GreenStar's system.
As for brand loyalty programs, the banks and credit card companies have well established loyalty programs in place. Adding cannabis would be an easy task.
Dude,
What am I missing here...what are the red flags that I do not see?
For a company that supposedly has a good product, not many competitors, a product that is supposedly in demand....the stock price has been on a continuous slide. In the past 3 months, the stock is down 60%. Companies on the verge of profitability, on the verge of announcing contracts do not slide 60% in a short period of time.
What's the deal on this stock...why all the selling?
Dude,
"I'm buying more because of the tweets, something big is coming"
Something big is always coming tomorrow....but tomorrow never seems to come.
What do you think is coming?
Dude,
"There's more money to be made selling these guys munchie food instead of buying their stock. And no, I won't accept their card."
Thanks for your reply. Can you explain? Why wont you buy...is this a scam?
Dude,
"Folks, look at the tweets that came out today from USEI.
One is about lollipop vapor, another is the same old Washington is legal, and yet another re tweets a question about USEI not coming out with real news."
What are you looking for them to say? They promised literally everything...from growing to operating a retail store. They have not delivered on much at all.
So, what are you expecting to hear? The CEO admitted nothing is happening in Colorado and news reports prove USEI is not selling any edibles, or anything else, in Washington.
So, really, what can USEI management say?
Dudes,
I do not understand recent headlines which proclaim Greenstar payments to be a 'market leader'. A market leader of what?
They have no contracts. Furthermore, a significant number of dispensaries are already accepting electronic and non cash payments. Shouldn't companies, who already have products in the marketplace, be the market leader?
ADCS, New Wave, GreenStar are all hinting at actual customers, but not providing any real information. But, pink sheet companies typically do this....they generate buzz by hinting and often issuing misleading, ambiguous information.
This company has no business and this is reflected in the paltry stock price....so what is all excitement about?
Dude,
"Imagine the manipulative power of an admin who is a basher!"
Imagine the power of an 'insider', such as a former USEI business partner that sold vape pens and vapor, who pumped and pumped this stock then disappearing before the crash.
Imagine the power of another 'insider' who seemingly returned from a long absence, and who claims to have the ability to call the CEO whenever he likes. This individual always has positive news, but recently posted untruths about the present CEO and a past deal.
These type of people are who you should be cautious of. They pump the stock, post misleading information and get out before the crash.
I just post facts....if you think I am wrong, then challenge my message. No need to focus on the messenger....pay attention to the message.
Dude,
Everyone is getting far too excited. The company has not announced any contracts, nor is it known whether the company has any contracts.
The company is not 'sitting' on contract information and is not waiting until they accumulate a significant number of contracts before releasing a press release.
If a dispensary is using GreenStar Payment services, this would be apparent to all of their customers, thus it would be difficult to keep this a 'secret'.
Twitter and Facebook posts serve only to generate buzz in the absence of actual business. If the company has actual business, they would not be sending ambiguous messages on social media, they would simply issue a press release or a financial report.
Dude,
"I just had an epiphany.
Investors make money when prices rise (if they are long) and make money when prices goes down (when selling short). If I wanted to make money on the downside I would be saying anything and everything I could to raise doubt and point out any inconsistency I could think of to cause investors to flee. Now it all makes sense. "
I had an epiphany as well. A CEO who seemingly forget that he announced the biggest deal, or scam according to some, in the company's history.... cannot be trusted.
A CEO who claims the deal happened before his tenure, but yet there are numerous press releases with him announcing, pumping and discussing the deal....cannot be trusted.
Dude,
"Joe, you are a funny guy! I suspect js8797 is actually askjsell. That is my theory. Does it work for you?"
I do not use any other names, nor do I have another alias. I use one and only one name....askjsell.
Furthermore, I am not a basher. I merely point out the inconsistencies and untruths surrounding USEI. If I am incorrect, please tell me. If I am wrong, please tell me. I am factually incorrect, then say so.
Instead of shooting the messenger, it is far more wise to shoot the message.
Dude,
"ADCS - I refuse to bet against Greg and GreenStar...Chris Mills had 100 dispenaries before we came along...THAT HAS BEEN REPORTED!!! GREG HAS BEEN TO THE NASDAQ...THAT HAS BEEN REPORTED!!! GREG MADE 1.6 MILLION LAST YEAR...THAT HAS BEEN REPORTED....WOW!! SAY WHAT YOU WANT...BUT WE HOLD THE STRONGEST HAND HERE AT ADCS!"
Then why hasn't ADCS or GreenStar been able to secure a single contract? If this were true, GreenStar would have a large number of contracts.
Dude,
"Funny how we got a paid basher as a mod."
How am a I paid basher? I am no such thing. I my recent post, I gave examples of how people are posting lies and untruths.
What I posted was the truth and backed it up by facts. This is not bashing, this is telling the truth.
You should direct your concerns to the person who posted the lie that Miller was not in charge during the Singular 96 fiasco. I cannot believe such a lie was posted when it is far from the truth.
Dude,
"I asked Tony to help me understand the story behind the Singular 69 issue. He responded by saying that this all happened 3 years ago… before he was in charge at USEI."
This is a total, absolute and complete lie.
3 years ago? Before he was in charge? That is far from the truth.
Was there another CEO who was named Anthony Miller?
And by 3 years ago, a simple search would reveal this deal was announced 2 years ago.
June 6, 2012:
"According to Anthony Miller, CEO, "This relationship is a logical progression for our company, because it fits with our core business goals and objectives. This venture will provide Immediate and Significant revenue for us. "
June 14, 2012:
"According to Anthony Miller, CEO, “Singular 96 is ‘A Universal Fuel’ because it replaces all grades of unleaded gasoline and also E-85.‘"
July 30, 2012:
"According to Anthony Miller, CEO, "our partnership has raised sufficient capital to begin shipments of our fuel and we are scheduling to ramp- up shipments to 24 loads per week, within 3 weeks to fulfill our existing contract (which totals $150 million). U.S. Energy Initiatives is the managing partner of the venture."
Dudes,
What is the deal here? It seems USEI is still free falling. When will people wake up and realize they were conned by the slick press releases, sponsorship at trade shows...let's not forget DOK. He was once heralded as a prophet, but soon as he realized USEI was a scam, he was vilified.
As you should now realize....USEI is going back to triple zeros.
Dude,
"The Colorado marijuana market is larger than previously thought," the study says. "When combined, total resident and visitor demand is estimated to be approximately ... 130.3 metric tons in 2014. This is a substantially higher value than reported in previous estimates."
This article, and information like this, only highlights the failure of ADCS. The market is huge....but ADCS and GreenStar has zero business...this is an embarrassment and only proves these cash-less services provided by GreenStar and ADCS are not wanted.
For such a large market, there should be, at least one, contract...but there are none.
Dude,
"Excellent finding, just another evidence of the prominence of GreenStar in this niche. $ADCS
"
Again, where is the revenue or contracts? GreenStar has zero revenue and zero contracts and zero business.
Again I ask, what is the problem? Millions of dollars are flowing through the dispensaries, and GreenStar has not been able to secure one contract?
Dude,
Yes, this is a very good article....but ADCS and GreenStar have no business.
Again, I keep asking, if this payment system is so needed and so great, then why doesn't GreenStar have a single contract? Why don't they have any business? It would seem dispensaries would be running to GreenStar...but this is not the case.
With 20 states allowing medical cannabis use, and the hundreds, if not thousands, of dispensaries out there...one would assume GreenStar should have at least one contract by now.
